After her last class of the day, Aria dragged her tired body back towards the north tower.
The classes were not altogether difficult, but there were too many, and they ended just before dinner.
There was also the matter of Aria not being able to use her left hand, which made bending difficult and more tiring. It was only the first day, but Aria was already jealous of Jacob, who only had one class each day in the morning and could goof around the rest of the day. Helen had three classes, just one less than Aria, so the strain was on her too.
The time table went like this:-
Water precision after breakfast.
Earth bending, for those who were studying it, after that.
Lunch.
Water destructive power class after lunch.
Fire bending, for those who studied it.
And lastly, wind bending class.
Dinner.
Aria had said goodbye to Jacob and Helen after dinner and walked upto the North tower.
She reached her room, drew a bath and sat down in the big bathtub. Aria felt all the fatigue drain out of her as she closed her eyes and enjoyed the bath.
Aria was almost falling asleep when she heard a loud rapt on her door. "Who could it be?" Aria wondered as she hastily got out and pulled on a dress before opening the door, cheeks still flushed from the bath and hair pulled up in a bun.
At her door, Aria saw a very big boy standing in the doorway looking very serious. She peered out and found two more boys and a girl standing behind him. She focused her attention back on the big boy in front of her and asked, "May I help you?"
The boy looked down at Aria. He seemed a bit older than her and was definitely a lot bigger. His skin was pinkish and one could see the bulging muscles under his tight shirt.
The boy looked at Aria up and down and said, "You sure took a lot of time to answer the door."
Aria was taken aback. This one seemed a little too full of himself. But she checked herself and said, "I was in the bath. And could you please tell me what business you all have with me? I would rather not prefer standing on the doorway."
The girl said from behind the big boy, "You could invite us in."
Aria smiled at the girl, "Yes I could. But I have never seen you all before, and I hope you don't mind, but I really am against inviting strangers into my room."
The girl seemed taken aback, but the big boy said, "I'm sorry. It was rude of us. I'm Zach Mellon." "Andrew Jackson." "Samuel Darcy." "Bella Thorne." came three different voices after his.
"Aria." Aria said. But she still did not invite the four in.
The boy spoke again, "We are from the east tower. And would like to challenge you for a fight."
"Would like to get beaten by a little girl, huh Zach?" A voice rang out behind all of them and the four turned, and Aria spied with difficulty between them, Joseph coming up the stairs to her room.
