The term is starting!!

Aria's eyes shone as the two reached the basement. The whole basement was the library. Mountains of books stretching out from the floor to the ceiling.

Aria took a 360 degree turn as she smiled like a little girl.

The two spent their day in the library, Aria reading aloud books so that Helen could also hear. As the library was mostly empty, even the librarian did not shush them, as he watched the golden haired girl, who seemed to be lost in the world of books. And the platinum haired one, who listened with a smile on her lips.

The rest of the week before the start of sessions passed uneventfully. Neither Jacob nor Joseph had approached Aria, by which she was not really saddened, as Aria had Helen to keep her company.

The two took turns in deciding what to do everyday. Aria's turn usually resulted in them exploring the forest during the day and reading in the library by night.

Helen's turn mostly consisted of doing things in her room, like knitting or her favourite pastime, dressing Aria up. Sometimes she would also take Aria around the capital city, when the weather was nice.

The day before the start of sessions, all the students had to get their books, notebooks and other things. They also had to get fitted for uniforms.

Helen's books had come from her home three days before. Her family had gotten them printed in Braille and sent to her. She also did not need notebooks and pencils, as she had to use a typewriter and had special notebooks. So Aria decided to get fitted for uniforms first, and then get her books later.

The line was already long when they reached.

Aria said to Helen, "What you say we first get something to eat?"

Helen: "They won't be serving lunch now. Did you hear the bell?"

Aria smirked as she said, "Come on."

She then led Helen out of the castle and around it. As they reached a side door, Aria opened the door, leading a very confused Helen in.

As she entered, Helen knew that they must be in the kitchen, because she could feel very hot, she assumed there was a large fire, and she could also hear people busying about and utensils clanking.

Aria led her forward some steps as she greeted people, saying hello and even tasting some of the things being made.

Aria led Helen towards the fire and there, called out to a particularly stout woman working there, "Hey, Mrs. Josh. Where's Mr. Josh today?"

The woman turned around with a big smile on her face. She said, "Oh Aria. Call me Mary. And who this might be?" She said as she turned to look at Helen beside Aria.

Aria beamed, "This is Helen." Helen bowed in greeting and Mrs. Josh smiled, "No need to be so formal dear. So Aria how come you didn't come by today?"

Aria: "Oh, I didn't go to the forest today. Term's starting tomorrow."

Mary: "So you'll be getting your books and uniform today. What are you doing here instead of that?"

Aria scratched her head, "About that.....do you think maybe you can fix us up with some lunch. I plan to get fitted when everyone is in the dining hall."
