Chapter 1: the night the moon shone crimson.

First chapter guys hope you enjoy this is more of an introduction that fleshes out the world but still I hope you enjoy.

It was a glorious night for two young parents this glorious couple had not been able to conceive over many years for what reason modern medicine had no clue they were the perfect definition of health. The father being a man at a large firm and no real health issues to speak of other than the occasional drink on special occasions. The mother was also the perfect definition of health she was a standard Japanese housewife who was also fertile. However even artificial pregnancies were failing them to the point they essentially gave up on having children.

until one day they decided to have another try and by miracle they ended up conceiving! And not only one child but with TWINS no less! This was a glorious day for the couple. The next few months consisted of the father catering to his wife's every need and buying all sorts of toys. 'Could it be a boy and a girl? Maybe a girl and a girl? Or even two boys hahaha your awesome father Gorou shall be prepared' some may consider him a 'helicopter father' but after having so little luck in the child department he was over the moon to have children.

<2 days before the birth>

They were both in the hospital preparing for the wondrous day they had come today to check the children's gender along with Gorou's father. All of them eagerly awaiting the results.

A woman in a nurse outfit emerged from behind a set of double doors. She had blonde hair with a pair of stark blue eyes and a the 'stature of a child' as some poor fools had told her before. "Mr's and Mrs Hyouduo please come with me" the tag on her right breast said 'nurse: Lia' she swiftly guided the family through the hell hole like labyrinth called the hospital hallways (A/N I hate big hospitals if you didn't notice I always get lost) utmost efficiency to her office.

As they entered a lemony scent hit their noses. Gesturing to the small array of seats at her right she said "please sit down." After sitting down she manoeuvred swiftly to her desk before sitting down and pulling out her pen. "So you are the Hyoudou family correct spelled H Y O U D O U right?"

The family looked at each other in confusion "yes why?" The woman looked at them with a bright smile that illuminated her stark blue eyes and said "oh there is another family after you called a similar name but with H Y O D O that's all don't worry about it just making sure I don't give the higher ups a reason to dock my pay check haha"

The family let out a laugh knowing how tough jobs can be especially Gorou who worried about similar things. "Hahah dont worry about it!"

The woman chuckled self deprecatingly "ok so about the results of your child they are both incredibly healthy!" The couple and the grandfather let out a hearty chuckle knowing he was soon to be a grandparent which warmed his heart yet chilled it realising his age and his playboy days were long~ over.

"You also have a boy and a girl you lucky couple hahaha so any names on the lucky buggers" She asked inquisitively. The couple looked at the woman carrying the children Miki Hyouduo who smiled in a manner only loving mothers could. "For the boy ill call him Issei Hyouduo as for the girl let's think how about Rea it just clicks honestly do any of you disagree?" She asked looking at the two men with a smile that doesn't quite reach her eyes that the men hallucinated turned into slits.

"N-n-no ma'am no we don't" the two terrified men muttered in unison whilst the grandfather looked toward his son and muttered "you got yourself a lioness lad." To which the man in question absent mindedly nodded in affirmation. The nurse looked at the two and said "well that's all for now i'd recommend taking her to the birth ward since her water will soon break and if you give birth in the hall my pay really will be docked haha!" As the nurse looked at the soon to be mother she said "Rea good name miss for a beautiful child" before signing them out.

<present>

Goro Hyouduo and his father Juzo Hyouduo were sitting impatiently outside the birthing ward hearing constant moans. Juzo looked at his son and gave some wisdom "son you did a good job getting here honestly if yer wife notices your absence on a day like this she'll hold it against ya for the rest of your life boy haha just ask your mother" he said playing sadly with a small silver dagger emblem necklace reminiscently.

They sat there waiting for what felt like hours with each breath Gorou's became more ragged tossing and turning in worry for his wife and his soon to be born children.

A nurse all to familiar emerges from the room with a jovial expression "get up you two get rid of those sad expressions your children are born you should be celebrating!"

They all walked in with a jovial expression and what they saw was a joyful sight two little children snuggled together being hugged by their mother each with little tufts of hair. One male and one female, the male had brown hair like his father and mother whilst the female had pale white strands of hair and a pair of pink eyes if one looked close enough they could see a glint of intelligence far too much for any newly born to possess yet it still had a fresh glint of innocence to them.

In the grigori

Azazel was sitting down on a chair grinning happily. "My dear old friend you have returned, may you live a life free of tragedy and fly a new path to true freedom" as he said this he raised a glass of red wine to the moon he said 'cheers' before drinking his wine.

The moon slowly turned crimson that night all fallen angels felt an increase in power of 2X that would last permanently. All fallen touched by its radiant glow bowed towards it and subconsciously muttered in Latin 'princeps redit reprobi' (use google translate).

In hell

A woman with white hair senses a strange mana she had not sensed for millennia he released a jovial grin no one had ever seen on this woman's face... the woman who many deemed irredeemably evil letting out a smile.

"You are back dear sister as our promise years ago was made I will create a perfect paradise for the lucifer clan. I Riza liven lucifer shall bring to you the most peaceful Eden so you can live in peace free of all disgusting creatures who harmed us..."

The woman stared at the roof of the underworld and remembered his promise to her oh so long ago....

Millennia ago

Rizevim looked towards his father the one she deemed the strongest devil and asked him "father why do you fight" the one people believed to be a battle loving maniac looked at his daughter and said in a calming gentle tone... "so that you, your sister who has been stolen from us, me and mommy can live in peace. Remember this my little lucifer power is nothing without people you can trust I have your mother and you have your sister so promise me my little lucifer that you will save your sister from all those who wish to harm her."

The young lucifer looked at her father and giggled "hahaha of course father I will find and save sister Rea at all costs even if I'm the eyes of all I become a villain I will save my baby sister!"

The father looked at her and smiled softly "okay child but remember this don't just live for her live for yourself do what YOU want let nothing be it morals or people chain you for that is our sin the sin of PRIDE!"

In her head the young lucifer said to herself 'I will find you sister Rea soon I can meet you and reform the lucifer clan in an eternal paradise!'

In hell once more (different place)

4 people were sat around a table discussing the meanings of this strange phenomenon. Serafalls usual happy go lucky persona gone she looked around at everyone with a calculator expression on her face.

Serafall: I believe this is either the affect of some large scale ritual or some unknown sacred gear do we have any information on it?

Ajuka: yes actually all of our fallen angel prisoners be that hybrid or pure breed or fallen from heaven they have experienced a large boost in power. I already called Azazel who said in a blaze manner and I quote 'pfft probably some asshole testing a new magic or something now let me sleep you slimy fool!'

Sirzechs: I believe that he may not know anything he has been heavily pursuing peace so he has no reason to lie does he?

Falbium: ZZZZZZZzzzzzz

Serafall: I agree with Sirzechs if this happens again then we investigate. Tonight wasn't a big problem alone but if it happens again quadrupling the fallens power they may get arrogant and hot headed causing more conflicts.

Sirzechs: indeed for now the meeting is disbanded!

In heaven

"Michael-sama!" Screamed an angel in panic.

Michael who was calmly sitting on a stool sipping on his tea asked "what is wrong dear brother if it's about the blood moon ive already contacted the new moau's?" In a concerned brotherly tone to the younger looking angel.

"No Michael-sama the three of the Longinus have disappeared and found a host!" Screamed the angel in both worry and joy.

Michael smiled and said "that is wondrous news a new human who can protect themselves and others from monsters and strays i understand that but why do you seem so concerned?"

The younger generation said worriedly "its not that but the ones that had disappeared Michael-sama!"

Michael tilted his head slightly "oh you must mean the boosted gear whilst it does cause trouble when the two fight there is no need to be so worried brother."

"No Michael-sama it was the other two the untameable longinus's!" Hearing this Michael instantly stood up.

"What do you mean those two are gone they have never matched with a single host! Never mind both of them! The first is too arrogant to bond with anybody he deems beneath him which is EVERYONE and the second one only bonds with people who have a pure heart! Something which is in theory and reality IMPOSSIBLE since it only bonds with HUMANS!"

The angel trembled feeling the worry and confusion from their sub-leader beneath only god himself.

In what used to be ancient Mesopotamia...

Two goddess's were overjoyed both with blood red eyes and a supreme beauty to them. One with blonde hair the other with black hair. These two were the last of their pantheon waiting for their first true friend who befriended them not out of greed or lust but out of desire for kinship to come of age to meet with her again.... and to protect her. For they couldn't save her before but now they had regained all of their respective powers they could easily defeat an army of those pathetic bird brained beasts called angels.

Unknowingly the little baby in question had 6 of the most powerful existences in the verse watching over her safety....
