Refia Training Ground

After passing all the people in front of the city gate they arrived in front of city gate and stopped by the guard.

"Hey Eris. Done with your usual routine? Did you catch anything good?".

Eris looked proud, "Of course I did! I caught a big forest wolf today!".

Eris and the guard started chatting amiably as they ignored Edward. It was for the best as Edward didn't know what to say here. He was afraid saying anything stupid and making a fool of himself right now. He wanted to save the little bit scrap of dignity that he had.

"So Eris, who's that guy over there?" the guard started to take notice of Edward presence and started to question Eris.

"Hear this, When hunting the forest wolf, I accidentally rescued him. He's a hilarious guy. Can I keep him as pet please! I will definitely take cares of him.

Eris began requesting the guards to keep as thought Edward was a puppy she picked up at the corner of street.

I am not a pet. Edward wanted to shout and cried as even the scrap of his dignity finally gone with the wind, but he was afraid of alarming the guards and ruined Eris mood making the situation turned sour. So with that excuse in mind Edward stayed silent.

The guard raised the corner of his mouth "If it's any other persons then I won't let it pass, but it is you, our city beautiful huntress, so, I will give you at least benefit of doubt and let it pass".

Eris cheered loudly "Yeay, thank you, Tom you're the best, I will gift you the best part of the wolf tomorrow " Eris said she gave Tom a thumb up.

Tom raised his eyebrow "Don't give me that, you know I hate wolf meat, at least give me the three eyed owl wings part that you caught yesterday".

"Sorry Tom, The owl wings are off limit as the wings are my favorite what about I give you the legs" Eris said as she started bargaining for the three eyed owl part.

"Alright, you win now, give me the legs" Tom said as he succumbed to the temptation of the owl legs and ready to take his bribe.

"Okay here you go, "Eris said as took the owl legs out of thin air and gave it to Tom.

Unsurprised by the magician like performance. Tom happily took the owl legs and store it somewhere as it was gone before Edward could even blink.

Amazed by their performance. Edward started to lean toward theory of the inventory being an inherent ability as even the most ordinary city guard had it.

Satisfied by the bribe. Tom finally let them enter the city but before Edward could enter Tom turned toward him "Don't do anything funny while you're in the city as you won't like to hear what we could do to a troublemaker", Tom said while smiling menacingly.

Eris laughed " Tom don't say that to Edward, He's easily frightened.

"Your name is Edward, I will remember that" Tom said while still smiling menacingly.

Eris dragged Edward down "Alrighty Edward let's get you out of here before you start fainting.

Edward couldn't agree more as he was pressured by Tom smile, and so, He let Eris dragged him down into the city.

"Your clothes is too odd so first we need to change it" Eris said while started heading south.

Before long they arrived at the clothing store, it was a humble store with only a kind looking aunty minding over the store.

Eris shouted " Mrs. Tasya please give me the cheapest clothes and pants you could find"

Mrs. Tasya looked at Eris while feeling puzzles "Why did you need clothes. Didn't you buy one just yesterday ".

"No, it isn't for me it's for my new pet. I found him in forest and picked him up "Eris said while reminding Edward of his new status as her pet.

Mrs.Tasya observed Edward, "Well quite the unusual pet you have Eris, did you said you found him in forest. what did he do over there?"

"I have no idea. Edward said that he suddenly popped up in the forest" Eris said carefreely.

'Isn't that quite suspicious?" Mrs. Tasya said while looking worriedly at Edward.

"I know right, but he's funny, so I just picked him up" Eris said without minding Edward current feeling.

Mrs. Tasya sigh, "as long as you're happy Eris".

Mrs.Tasya looked at Edward once again trying to decide the size of his clothes and before long she started to search for suitable clothes and gave him a simple looking white shirt and brown pants.

"Here we go this is the cheapest clothes I could find, come on try it" Mrs. Eris said kindly.

Edward changed his clothes at the changing room. Finished changing he realized that he didn't know where to put his hospital gown. Thinking for a moment he decided to start his experiment.

"Inventory"

Edward suddenly aware he had inventory the size of a bag, so he tried to store his hospital gown, and it's suddenly sucked in, after that he take it out immediately and it appears in his hand. Successfully affirming his theory he put the hospital gown back in his inventor and exited from the changing room.

Mrs.Tanya inspected Edward " The pants fit in perfectly but the shirt is a little loose, but you will fit in right away as you continue to grow" Mrs.Tasya said with the eye of an experienced clothing store owner.

Finished with the clothing problem they exist the store. Eris turned around and grinned "I believe you don't have home so for now let's head to mine".

Edward can't say anything about that as he was basically homeless when he arrived at this world. He could only cry inside as he followed Eris like a true pet.

Eris started walking, and before long they stopped in front of a building with a big gate. Eris opened the gate. What Edward saw inside was people training with swords and spears as they fight with each other in a small field.

"This is Refia training ground, My home and also yours for now" Eris said as she announced Edward new home happily.
