“Is that your Player Card?”
“Oh… Yeah.” Edward nodded.
“Let me see it. I'm thinking about going for a test run by taking out all of our guild's Player Cards to grind for levels.” Tan gestured to Edward to hand him his card, but Nicki interrupted.
“These Player Cards cause the player stats to decrease a lot. Like Kelvin’s card, just putting it in the deck reduces the player's Speed by 30%. Snow’s card reduces the player's HP by 35%. If you take the other cards along, your stats will be extremely low, Tanthai,” Nicki warned.
“I know, but rest easy. I’ll fight monsters from low to high level. It shouldn't take long to level up these cards because I learned from the previous time that the card holder must be the person who kills monsters to level up the card. You can't sit back and enjoy the shared EXP without taking action,” Tan explained. Edward nodded in understanding, followed by handing his own card to the guild leader.
