As the Sword Listens Part I
“N...Ni...Nicki?! Are you asking me to disband the guild?!” Tan sprang from his chair. All the members of the Eizenger guild were looking in the same direction. Tanthai, the guild leader, was making a scene in the meeting.
At the guild meeting at Crystal Castle Eizenger, where snowstorms were hitting relentlessly, the hall used for the meeting was dead silent. Nicki, Blanche, Edward, Lin, Aya, Taka, Snow, and Cal stared at Tan unblinkingly.
“Tan…” Nicki called his name with a cold voice.
“Isn’t that a bit too severe?!” He continued shouting.
“Tan…” Nicki called him again.
“Do you have any idea how hard it is for us to get here? Our guild just got a new skill from leveling up!” Tan turned to shout at Nicki, who was sitting still with her hands on the table.
“Tan, you…”
“Nicki…you’re too heartless,” Tan shook his head and sat down with eyes closed.
