As Seung leaned against the glass structure, his gaze met Kim Seijin's once more. "Perhaps," Seung muttered, "Jaemin met a Celestial… or maybe he's blood-bonded to one."
He wasn't able to finish before the door swung open. Two soldiers stepped in, their boots making a dull thud on the ground, weapons strapped securely at their sides. Seung tensed as their presence filled the room. Kim Seijin noticed them first, turning to face the newcomers.
The soldiers, faces impassive and rigid, bowed to Kim Seijin in respect. One spoke in a firm tone. "It's time, sir."
Kim Seijin gave a curt nod, his expression calm. "It's time for the trial, then."
