Chapter 36: The Hare That Fell from the Moon

Monster Carrot was lounging in his lunar hideout, idly watching his gang run around, some of them transformed into carrots to avoid boredom. Life on the moon wasn't exactly luxurious, but they'd managed to create a decent setup. Monster Carrot had even made himself a "throne" out of moon rocks, and his gang had gathered a stash of lunar carrots for "special occasions."

Because in this time line Goku did not ask them to make candis for children.

But suddenly, a bright blue beam shot across the sky toward the moon, growing larger and more terrifying by the second. Monster Carrot's eyes widened as he realized what was happening.

"Oh no, that blue beam… RUN!" he screeched.

In a panic, he sprinted into a small circular rock formation they'd hollowed out as a shelter, gathering his gang as he went. "Get inside! Hurry!"

The gang scrambled, some of them transforming into carrots to squeeze into the limited space, and Monster Carrot slammed the rock "door" shut. They huddled together as the entire moon shook. The beam collided with the lunar surface, sending cracks racing outward, and Monster Carrot felt the ground beneath him give way.

To his horror, the impact dislodged the rock shelter, and they began plummeting toward Earth like a meteor.

"Quick!" Monster Carrot shouted, trying to stay calm as he converted the other member of his gang into carrots and stuffed them into his clothes. "Hang tight, everyone!"

The descent was wild. Their makeshift shelter heated up from re-entry, and Monster Carrot's heart raced as they streaked through the atmosphere. But as they broke through the last layer, Monster Carrot made a daring plan to save himself.

"Alright, time for plan Do or Die!" He slipped out of the rock structure, gripping his oversized robe tightly. With a quick tug, he spread his robe wide, using it as a makeshift parachute to slow his fall. The wind caught the fabric, and he floated down, wobbling wildly as he neared the ocean.

With a final shout, he braced himself and splashed down into the sea. Gasping for air, he surfaced and quickly fished his gang members out from his clothes, transforming them back to normal one by one.

"You're safe, boss!" one of his henchmen cheered, patting Monster Carrot on the back as they all climbed onto a small floating piece of debris.

Monster Carrot grinned, feeling a sense of triumph. "Yes! We survived the moon destruction! No thanks to ME."

The gang took a few minutes to catch their breath and regain their bearings. After the initial shock wore off, Monster Carrot's face twisted into a scowl. He clenched his fists, feeling anger rise within him.

"That kid sent us to the moon to get rid of us, and now he's trying to blow it up with us on it?" he growled. "That's the last straw!"

The gang looked at each other nervously. "What are you thinking, boss?"

Monster Carrot's eyes gleamed with determination. "I'm thinking it's time to teach kid a lesson he'll never forget!"

His gang cheered, nodding in agreement, although some of them looked unsure. One henchman raised his hand timidly. "But, boss… kid was really strong. What are we gonna do against him?"

Monster Carrot's grin turned sly. "Leave that to me. I've got some new tricks up my sleeve, thanks to all the 'research' I did while we were stuck on the moon."

He'd spent countless hours experimenting with his transformation ability, coming up with new ways to use it. Sure, his main skill was turning people into carrots, but he'd been working on a few... surprises. Besides, he reasoned, Goku might not expect him to come back so soon—or at all.

"First," Monster Carrot declared, "we'll need a base of operations. Somewhere get the information about that kid and get close to him, but not too obvious. Then, we'll plan our revenge."

One of his men scratched his head, glancing around at the deserted shoreline where they'd landed. "Uh, boss, we're kinda out in the middle of nowhere here. How are we gonna find kid?"

Monster Carrot smirked, patting a small device strapped to his belt. "I picked this up from some aliens on the moon. It's a tracker. It can find anyone with a strong energy signal—like that kid, Goku. We'll use it to follow his every move."

His henchmen's eyes widened in awe. "Wow, boss! You thought of everything!"

Monster Carrot laughed, puffing out his chest. "That's right! And with this tracker, I'll know exactly when and where to strike!"

The gang exchanged eager nods. They were ready to follow Monster Carrot wherever he led them—especially now that they were back on Earth and out of Goku's immediate reach.

After a quick celebration, Monster Carrot gathered his gang, instructing them to blend into the human world and start preparing for their revenge mission. He assigned roles, deciding who would gather supplies, who would scout the nearby areas, and who would handle distractions if needed.

As the moon rose that night, Monster Carrot stood on the shore, looking toward the horizon with a sinister grin. "Watch out, Goku," he muttered. "You thought you could send me packing to the moon? Well, I'm back... and this time, it's personal."

But it was not only monster carrot but.....
