The excitement of the tournament continued as the announcer's voice boomed across the arena. "Ladies and gentlemen, the semi-finals are about to begin! First up: Yamcha versus King Chappa!" The crowd erupted into cheers, but all the noise couldn't wake up a certain sleeping Saiyan.
Goku, despite having won his match against Master Roshi, was fast asleep in a corner of the waiting area. His head was still pounding from the intense battle and the aftereffects of Roshi's hypnosis technique. Bulma sat beside him, gently patting his head and trying to figure out how to wake him before his next fight.
Krillin paced back and forth nervously. "Uh, Bulma, are you sure we shouldn't wake him up soon? I mean, he's got a fight coming up!"
Bulma crossed her arms, her eyes fixed on Goku's peaceful face. "Trust me, I've tried everything. He's not waking up. Maybe he's just really exhausted from that hypnosis thing."
Krillin groaned. "But what if he sleeps through the semi-finals?! He'll get disqualified!"
Bulma smirked. "Hmm, there's one idea I haven't tried yet…"
Krillin raised an eyebrow. "What's that?"
Bulma stood up, brushing off her clothes. "Well, you know the story of Sleeping Beauty, right?"
Krillin blinked, his face contorting with confusion. "Uh, yeah? Why?"
Bulma grinned mischievously. "Maybe a kiss will wake him up!" She leaned in closer to Goku, her face mere inches from his.
Krillin's eyes nearly popped out of his head. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Are you serious?!"
"Do you have any better ideas?" Bulma shot back, giving Krillin a playful glare.
Before Krillin could respond, Bulma gently pressed her lips against Goku's cheek. A moment of silence passed as both Bulma and Krillin stared at Goku, waiting for him to spring awake.
But… nothing.
Goku remained fast asleep, completely oblivious to what had just happened.
Bulma pulled back, frowning. "Well, that was a bust."
Krillin sighed in relief. "Maybe try something that's not out of a fairy tale next time?"
Suddenly, Krillin had an idea. He reached into his bag and pulled out a small snack. "If there's one thing that can wake Goku up, it's food!"
With a mischievous grin, Krillin waved the snack under Goku's nose. Immediately, Goku's nose twitched, and his stomach let out a loud growl. His eyes fluttered open, and he sat up groggily, rubbing his head.
"Food?" Goku mumbled, his voice still half-asleep.

Krillin laughed. "It worked! I knew food would do the trick!"
Goku blinked a few times, trying to clear his vision. "What's going on? Is it time for my fight yet?"
Bulma let out a sigh of relief. "Finally! Yes, Goku, your fight is coming up soon. But you've still got some time before the finals. You're already set for the semi-finals," she said, "Lucky you!"
Goku stretched his arms, wincing as the headache from Roshi's hypnosis still throbbed in his skull. "Ow... my head still hurts..."
"You sure you're okay to fight?" Krillin asked, concerned.
Goku smiled, his usual carefree attitude shining through. "Don't worry, I'll be fine! I just need to shake it off. Besides, I want to see Yamcha fight King Chappa!"
The three of them turned their attention back to the ring, where the fight between Yamcha and King Chappa was already underway. King Chappa was using his famous Eight-Arm Fist, moving his arms so quickly that it looked like he had multiple arms attacking Yamcha from every direction.
Yamcha, to his credit, was dodging as best as he could, but it was clear that King Chappa's experience and technique were putting him at a disadvantage.
"Come on, Yamcha!" Krillin shouted, trying to cheer on his friend. "You can do it!"
Bulma leaned in closer to Goku. "Hey, have you seen that technique before? King Chappa's arms are moving so fast, they're a blur!"
Goku nodded, his eyes sharp as he watched the fight intently. "Yeah, it's called the Eight-Arm Fist. It's a really strong move, but I think Yamcha can handle it if he focuses."
In the ring, Yamcha was struggling, but he wasn't ready to give up. With a determined shout, he unleashed a powerful energy attack aimed at King Chappa, hoping to create an opening. But King Chappa was too skilled for that. He deflected the energy blast and closed the distance, landing a powerful strike that sent Yamcha flying out of the ring.
The crowd gasped as Yamcha crashed into the arena wall, groaning in pain.
"And the winner is… King Chappa!" the announcer declared.
Goku stood up, his excitement rising. "It looks like I'm up next!"
As the semi-finals concluded, the announcer stepped forward. "And now, for the final match of the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament… Goku versus King Chappa!"
The audience roared in anticipation as Goku and King Chappa stepped into the ring. King Chappa gave Goku a respectful nod. "I've heard a lot about you, young man. Let's see if you can handle my Eight-Arm Fist."
Goku grinned, bouncing on the balls of his feet. "I've been watching, and I think I can handle it!"
The gong sounded, and the match began. King Chappa wasted no time, immediately launching into his Eight-Arm Fist technique. His arms moved so quickly that they seemed to multiply, striking at Goku from all angles.
Goku, who had been eagerly copying techniques throughout the tournament, tried to imitate the Eight-Arm Fist. But he quickly realized something—his imitation wasn't perfect. Without full concentration, the copied technique didn't work as intended, and his movements became sloppy.
"Uh-oh," Goku muttered, narrowly dodging one of King Chappa's strikes. "I guess I need to focus more if I want to copy that move properly."
King Chappa smiled. "You've got potential, but the Eight-Arm Fist takes years to master."
Goku, undeterred, started to weave between King Chappa's attacks, relying on his natural instincts rather than the copied technique. The crowd watched in awe as Goku's small frame darted around the ring, avoiding most of King Chappa's punches.
But King Chappa wasn't done yet. He pushed forward, increasing the speed of his attacks. Goku, still feeling the effects of the hypnosis and the headache from earlier, found it hard to keep up.
