This speed was impressive, which is a clear benefit of having a powerful backer. Su Bai often distributed his excess system rewards to those around him, significantly benefiting Da Ming and Er Ming.

 "Su Bai..."

Suddenly, a panting call was heard. Su Bai instinctively turned his head and saw a disheveled figure. Upon closer inspection, he recognized Yu Xiaogang.

His sorry state was due to his weak strength. Reaching the core of the Star Dou Great Forest had taken immense effort. His arrival proved he had some capability.

"I finally found you." 

Seeing Su Bai, Yu Xiaogang sighed in relief. Before finding Su Bai, he was constantly on edge, fearing a powerful soul beast might suddenly appear and end him. But the allure of evolving his martial soul was too great, so he took the risk alone.

Actually, Su Bai had sensed Yu Xiaogang's approach but dismissed him due to his weak power, thinking he was just a weak soul beast. 

But to his surprise, it was Yu Xiaogang. Su Bai asked in surprise, "What are you doing here?"

Could it be that he still hadn't given up on Liu Erlong and came to cause trouble? Although Su Bai wasn't afraid, constant harassment would be annoying.

Upon sensing further, Su Bai realized he had misunderstood. Yu Xiaogang had come alone. Su Bai was puzzled. Why would such a weak individual venture into the Star Dou Great Forest alone? There must be a compelling reason.

After a moment's thought, Su Bai figured out Yu Xiaogang's intention.

Yu Xiaogang took a deep breath, approached Su Bai, and bowed. "Su Bai, please help me evolve my martial soul. As long as you help me, I'll do anything you ask."

His attitude was humble. Su Bai was his key to rising. If Su Bai could help evolve his martial soul, his Luo San Pao might become a true golden dragon, enhancing his talents. Becoming a Title Douluo wouldn't be far-fetched then. He could return to the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and gain recognition from those who once looked down on him.

Su Bai coldly asked, "Why should I help you? What's in it for me? With your level 29 soul power, any thousand-year soul beast can defeat you. What can you offer?"

Yu Xiaogang's face turned pale. Su Bai's points were valid. Yu Xiaogang offered no value. In terms of strength, he was a level 29 weakling with a useless martial soul, weaker than a century-old soul beast. As for theories, Su Bai had no need for them. The Douluo world prized strength over theory, and most of Yu Xiaogang's theories were 'borrowed' from others. Thus, he held no value to Su Bai.

Undeterred, Yu Xiaogang pleaded, "Su Bai, I beg you. I'll do anything if you help me."

Su Bai retorted, "What use are you? You're not even a beauty."

If not for his reluctance to move, Su Bai would have slapped Yu Xiaogang for his persistent whining. Su Bai wasn't running a charity. Helping a beauty, maybe, but Yu Xiaogang? No way.

Seeing Su Bai unmoved, Yu Xiaogang knelt, begging, "Please, you're my only hope to change my fate. Help me, I beg you."

Su Bai sneered, "Your fate? What does that have to do with me?"

Yu Xiaogang's face turned ashen. Su Bai was his last hope. If his martial soul evolved, his life would change. He wouldn't need to study useless theories or wait for Tang San to prove them. Besides, Tang San was already a lost cause, having absorbed only a ten-year soul ring as his third ring, which limited his future potential.

Resolving himself, Yu Xiaogang said, "Su Bai, I know you dislike Tang San. As his teacher, I can humiliate and teach him a lesson to your satisfaction. In exchange, will you help me evolve my martial soul?"

Su Bai's interest was piqued.

"Interesting. So you're willing to betray your disciple for your gain? That's quite a proposition," Su Bai mused, a smirk playing on his lips. He leaned back, contemplating the offer. "Very well. Let's see if you can truly satisfy my expectations. If you manage to amuse me, I might consider helping you with your martial soul evolution."
