Feeling his new power that it could have made defeating even Yu Bibi easy, Xueqin decides to act on his own. The main reason being that he didn't want a war to clash between humans and beasts with Wuhua receiving all the fault and anger for it.

Xueqin goes directly towards the core of Star Duo Forest while avoiding being detected and starting fights.

As he comes near the core, an immense armored bear attacks him. Xueqin without focusing much on it, attack him, trying to quickly take care of him, but is shocked as his attack is stopped. While it wasn't his full strength or concentration, it was a god attack nevertheless.

Looking at the bear, he recognizes it as one of the strongest spirit beasts, the Duskgold Dreadclaw Bear. However, it didn't matter if it was him, no mortal spirit beasts should be able to wield such strength. Moreover, he discovers that the armor around the bear is not a natural one, being artificial and the source of his increase in strength.

Xueqin is shocked by a spirit beast wearing armor. It must be known that the research of Battle Armors took many millenniums to reach what it was today and spirit beasts were completely different than humans, making the battle armors not apt to them, so the reconstruction to make them adapted for spirit beasts and even be able to be used in such strong beast, it was sort of a miracle, something unheard.

Anyway, this didn't change the fact that Xueqin was now far stronger than the bear. He is about to take care of him when a voice comes from the core of the forest, commanding the bear to withdraw.

Xueqin ignores the bear that starts backing away and shot towards the core, recognizing Wuhua's voice.

Reaching the core area, he finds Wuhua in front of an enormous tree that is rotting while it slowly become green particles.

Wuhua is not surprised at all about Xueqin reaching her and she warns him to leave immediately that sacred area.

Xueqin ignores the warn and shouts at Mei to release Wuhua of her control. Xueqin is sure that the one in front of him is not the Wuhua that he knows, thinking that somehow Mei had taken control of her.

Mei keeps a cold front and says that is impossible because she isn't controlling Wuhua as Wuhua had always been Mei. After Xueqin's shock yelling that there's no way that is true as Wuhua was born from humans parent, Mei explains her story.

Mei had taken care of the Ancient Tree of Life that she planted with the fruit given to her by the Life Goddess Lingling 20.000 years ago. The Ancient Tree of Life had the function of keep nature strong all over the world and at the same time, it served as a link with Lingling, making Mei being able to communicate with her who Mei considered her best friend.

However, it all changes a little more than 1.000 years ago. The connection with the Divine Realm disappeared and with it, Mei's connection with Lingling, there was also a big weakening of the Ancient Tree.

Mei took special care of the Tree, waiting for the time that the world will join again at the Divine Realm, but that time never came. Mei blames the humans for that.

Humans were the only ones capable of ascending and able to sense the Divine Realm, but even after 1.000 years, they did nothing, nothing. Nor try to upgrade the world or find a way to the Divine Realm. Humanity was useless.

Knowing that Mei decided that she will be the one to take that step, to search for Lingling. However, she had a big problem. She wasn't a human and couldn't obtain true divinity and she was unable to turn one.

Once a spirit beasts had cultivated up to 100.000 years old, it is able to continue cultivating like normal or to become a human and start cultivating again. That choice is only faced two times, at 100.000 years old and at 200.000 years old, after that the change is not possible, at least for normal methods.

Mei had cultivated thanks to Lingling's fruit to over 1.000.000 years, making it impossible for her to turn human in that classical way, but she didn't give up and thought for another option.

Mei didn't know how Gu Yue was able to seal herself, becoming human but Mei's idea was different. Her idea was condensing her soul and essence, creating a seed of herself. Then, plant that seed over a human woman, creating a fetus inside her that with the seed will be compatible with Mei's power.

In the end, it was only hypothetical and she will need to almost die, betting herself in a risky way with very little probability of success.

Mei was indecisive for years, but it changed when for a mere instant, she was able to sense her connection with Lingling, but it quickly disappeared. However, Mei would never miss it. Mei followed the origin of it, but there was more than one trail and she was only able to follow one.

There, she found a newborn baby as the source. The baby was taken by two humans and Mei thought that it was the perfect option. The baby should be related with the Divine Realm, if she became a human and followed closely that baby, her mission will become far simpler.

She became a seed while leaving her true body secured over Star Duo Forest and planted over the woman that took the baby. She was incapable of having child, but with Mei's seed's vitality, it wasn't a problem at all.

The experiment was a success. A girl was born with Mei's essence, perfectly compatible with her power. Wuhua was born, the little girl of Tang Ziran and Lang Yue and being able to live close to that baby, Tang Wulin, the son of the Sea God Tang San and the Rabbit Goddess Xiao Wu.

Wuhua had a little mutated her spirit but it wasn't a problem as once she recovered her true body, she will recover her true strength. However, there was a big problem that Mei didn't preview and it was the complete loss of memory.

Wuhua had an immense vitality and strength hidden in her, but she didn't remember anything and was unable to awaken it.

So Wuhua continued living her life with her false family while not knowing her true purpose. Thankfully, it all changed when Wuhua and Xueqin came to Star Duo Forest.

Even if Wuhua didn't remember, Mei's true body, the Red-Violet Rose, sensed her essence and forced her to come to her, commanding the plants to bring her.

Once Wuhua faced her true body, she recovered all her powers, her spirit returning to a rose and her memories and experience with it. Mei had returned with her strength and a human body.

At that time, Mei thought of following and waiting for Xueqin and Wulin to grow, keeping her facade of Wuhua while waiting for their help to search for the Divine Realm. But Yu Bibi opened Mei's mind, Wulin and Xueqin were humans and they weren't searching to accomplish Mei's dream but Bibi had a plan to reunite with the Divine Realm and Lingling. So Mei decided to abandon them and follow Bibi's plan.

Listening to her story, Xueqin is shocked. In the end, Wuhua didn't need to be saved, she was Wuhua and had her experience and had decided this in her own mind without being forced. If Mei didn't want to be with them like Wuhua wanted before remember her memories, it only said that their memories together weren't strong enough.

Against that reality, Xueqin tries to negate it. He tells Mei that Bibi was dead and that her plan was only total destruction, following it wouldn't make her dream true. Arming the spirit beasts with armor as human will only make the battle bloodier, with great destruction on both parts.

Mei shakes her head saying that it doesn't change her mind. She plans to attack Shrek, take control of the Eternal Tree and then become the true champion of the world, ascending it into a Life Divine Realm and search for Lingling with it, and she isn't worried about how many humans or even beasts die during it.

Lastly, Mei tell Xueqin to leave and never face her again.

Xueqin unleashes his full power, using his Seraphim, Battle Amor and Sword and charging towards Mei.

Mei unleashes her now Red-Violet Rose spirit and also a 4-words battle armor and fights against him using vines like whips against Xueqin sword.

Mei shows incredible power but she is a little under Xueqin, however, it all changes when Mei turns her back to the Ancient Tree of Life, saying that the time had come.

The Ancient Tree of Life completely dissolves and is absorbed by Mei, Mei's spirit evolving becoming a Flowering Tree of Life. Mei explaining that now that she was human, she finally was able to absorb the divinity of it, absorbing it completely.

With that change, the tables are turned, Mei starting pushing Xueqin with a stronger power.

While they are fighting and it's almost Mei's victory, black claws appear stealthily and pierce over Xueqin's body, bringing him with only a breath of life.

While he is pierced, Xueqin is able to see Mei's shock seeing him being injured. As Xueqin's body fall to the ground almost lifeless, Mei takes him before he falls and looks at him with a pained face, a tear falling from her eyes to Xueqin.

Mei turns full of anger towards the culprit, Di Tian standing near them. Mei yells at him why he interrupted her duel and Di Tian answer that he thought that she will need help finishing it when in truth he took it as revenge against Bai, Lingling and Mei, knowing that Mei had lingering humans feelings for Xueqin.

Xueqin weakly is able to open his eyes to see Mei's despaired face, imploring him to not fight again and simply hide away.

Mei creates a Forest Portal under Xueqin, teletransporting Xueqin away from the core.

Being alone with Di Tian, Di Tian ask if she will continue with the plan. She grints her teeth, but recovers her cold side and says that the time had arrived and orders the attack. The spirit beasts charging outside the forest as vines surged and destroyed the strong walls made by the Spirit Pagoda that caged them.
