"Today was the first day of the academy , I had taken all the things I needed along with a lot of money which I had kept in kamui dimension , it had its own self sustaining ecosystem and I had special plans for it ."

"Soon we reached the academy gate , a blue haired boy stood beside an old man and the old man was thanking another middle aged man . Looks like my plot armor was working excellently because what are the chances of getting graced with the presence of protagonist and his master on first day of academy. Soon Yu Xiaogang's attention shifted on me . He asked me to show my certificate . "

After checking the certificate grandmaster began to lead both of them inside the academy.

" While we were going towards the office Yu xiaogang asked Tang San what his other martial spirit was which caused him to freeze in his tracks. Then Tang san replied that what makes him think that he has twin martial spirit. To which xiaogang replied by speaking his BS long ass theories. Tang san suddenly knelt down ."

Tang san : ' please accept me as student grandmaster '

grandmaster : 'stupid boy why are you kneeling ' he said trying to control his excitement

Tang san : ' A teacher for a day is a father for life '

he said cowtowing to xiaogang

grandmaster : ' good good looks like I didn't pick the wrong person '

After saying that he began to look towards kai as if waiting for him to do the same.

" Hearing what Tang san said I was confused weather he came here to learn or to find a capable father for himself.

Seeing that grandmaster was eagerly looking at me I understood what he meant. I respected his research but his personality was absolutely disgusting. What he did with Bibi dong and Liu erlong was playing with their emotions , first he accepted their love and then vanished from their lives, whatever be the reason . He didn't even have the basic conscience of explaining why he did that so that both of them could move forward in life rather than hoping for his return . And again when he appeared before them he dawned on a cloak of self righteousness as if what happened in the past was their mistake and he was as innocent as a baby ."

" I changed the subject by saying that we were getting late for the registration office and he understood that I had no intention of becoming his disciple. Hearing this Tang san looked at me with contempt . Truly a hypocrite, both him and his father blamed Bibi dong for what her husband did and even if she had actually killed his mother there was nothing wrong on her side as killing soul beast was a part of cultivation . Also Bibi dong was a ruler , the position may be called pope but it was in it's essence position that a king or queen held and her attacks on the 4 great clans was also justified from this standpoint . What good is a ruler if he or she cannot even eliminate the threats to his/her kingdom ."

"Grandmaster showed a slight displeased expression than moved towards the office "

"We reached the registration office and grandmaster helped Tang san in registration while I was called in the dean's office. After some pleasantries I told him that I had reached soul power level 10 and would like to go hunting for my first spirit ring within a week and asked for his help which he readily agreed to, I also asked if I could take the books from my library to my dorm , which he said was fine but I must return them within a week. After that I was given my dorm number and an assistant led me there ."

" After arranging all my belongings I left for the library, in the way I also met some other kids from noble or rich households , we chatted for a little bit then I moved on , I am not a loner but i have no interest in being best friends and brothers with cannon fodders . I soon reached the library and took a few books related to martial beasts and returned to my room "

"I closed the door and turned on my eternal mangekyo sharingan (EMS) and began to go through them with ridiculous speed "

TIME SKIP 4 DAYS

"I have read most of the books in library, well most that are useful to me at least . I selected lunar lizard for my first spirit ring , it had a fabulous ability, the spirit cannon , an attack type ability to convert spirit power into pure destructive beam of energy. As for why I want dean's help was because I needed the beast to be around 2000 years old ."

" Due to my draconic physique and devil dragon body technique my body was comparable to that of peak strength type spirit grandmaster . I went to the office and knocked on the door "

dean : 'come in ! '

dean : 'oh Kai how are you '

he said sitting on his seat smiling at kai

"I am fine sir , I wanted your help for my first spirit ring "

dean : ' oh , so which spirit beast did you choose boy '

" A lunar lizard with age around 2000 years "

dean : 'are you out of your mind kid ! that kind of spirit ring will blow you into bits '

he said jumping from his seat almost shouting
