CH 26: Stolen Tang Sect Techniques

<They changed Xiao Wu's design from episode 12. Lol, how did nobody see anything wrong with her appearance for those few episodes? They were few, but c'mon man, that's just disrespectful. Like, I hate Xiao Wu, but even I feel like she was done dirty even though she is the heroine!>

"Hmph, brat, I am a Soul Master myself." Flender snorted in response :"So, yeah, it's useless. It's just gathering dust there. I was going to get rid of it somehow." As Ah Li checked it out, he sneakily used his Purple Demon Eye to check the inside through the gaps. Seeing the extremely tiny hair-like lines inside, his heart immediately grew excited. Other people wouldn't be able to see them. But even if they could, they still wouldn't really care since they seriously didn't stand out.

"Hey, Mr, how about this? You're going to get rid of it, right? Then why not give it to me?" After looking at it from all sorts of angles, he finally looked at Flender who raised an eyebrow :"I'm something of a collector of weird stuff. Although I don't look for things, I like to buy them when I come across them. How about it? I'll even pay some gold coins for it."

"Hm? You're actually buying that? Even after I said all of that?" He looked with interest as Ah Li shrugged :"Yeah, why not? It's weird, so might as well. But don't give me a bullshit price, old man. You just told me that it's trash." Causing Flender to chuckle :"Fine, fine, you're right. Alright, since you're willing to pay for it, I won't be unreasonable either. I'll sell it for... 10 gold coins."

"10? Hm... Alright, fine then." With a smile, he took out 10 gold coins before throwing them at Flender. As the middle aged man caught the coins with ease, he smiled back :"Pleasure doing business with you." Chuckling, the noiret stored away the hair crystal before walking out of the store :"The pleasure was all mine, Mr."

"So what is this?" Once he walked out, Bibi Dong asked with interest :"You seemed to have set your eyes on it the moment you saw it." While walking towards his hotel, Ah Li answered :"(Crow-)" But just as he was about to explain, Nightmare appeared on his empty side with a yawn :"Hey, you two, good afternoon. Hm? Something seemed to have happened? What did I miss?"

"A lot of things. But they aren't really important or interesting. What's interesting is that Li'er bought this crystal from a shop just now." Bibi Dong answered, pointing at the hair crystal that Ah Li took out for a moment for him to see :"He was just about to explain why before you woke up."

"Oh? Hm, but why, Xiao Li?" Nightmare asked with interest :"Isn't that just a simple crystal? I do feel something unusual about it, but it doesn't seem like anything special." Storing it again, Ah Li began explaining :"(Sometimes, in the past, Crow would tell me about weird and interesting things, items, herbs and such. One time, he told me about this, a hair crystal. Apparently, inside of these hair crystals...)"

As Ah Li explained, he continued on walking. He didn't tell them the actual reason as to why he knew about it. Neither of them knew about his Biomass Absorption ability either. After all, if they knew, forget about Nightmare, wouldn't Bibi Dong get suspicious of how Ah Li knew about Tang San having these abilities hence going after him? And if she knew about his memories and could access it, wouldn't she find out that Tang San was actually a reincarnated individual? For now, Ah Li was planning to keep that a secret. Along with his own identity.

But of course, one day, he would tell her the truth.

"Hm? So these Dragon Beard Needles are just good at breaking through defenses?" Nightmare said unsurely :"If it's just that, don't you already have the External Soul Bone I bestowed upon you? "Hmm... Yeah, you're right. I'm sorry." After thinking about it, Nightmare nodded :"I had forgotten about the differences between humans and Soul Beasts. After all, for us Soul Beasts, there is no mock battle. Only fights where either only one of us comes out alive, or both survive, but with one extremely injured. I had forgotten that's not always the case for humans."

"Hahahaha, it's alright, Nightmare." On Ah Li's other shoulder, Bibi Dong waved her hand dismissively :"After all, it hasn't been that long since you somewhat joined human civilization. Even if three years can be a long time for us, for a being like you who has lived for so long, it's basically a few days. So no need to be so serious about it."

"Yes, you're correct." The giant centipede in his miniature version nodded lightly :"Well, it was fun, you two. I'll be returning to your Spiritual Sea to sleep, Xiao Li." And he did just that. Just as they finished their conversation, Ah Li opened the door of his room and walked in :"We're here. Hmm..." Looking at the room that screamed "love hotel", Ah Li couldn't help but snicker as he closed the door behind him :"Of course it would be this kind of place. No wonder Dai Mubai wanted this place so bad. He was probably already impatient, if you know what I mean."

"Li'er..." Bibi Dong looked at him warningly, not fond of his dirty joke. But the younger boy just snickered teasingly :"What, I'm telling the truth! Now that I think about it, his anger was justified. Kekeke, I basically cock blocked the poor guy. He must've been really excited about having a threesome, huh? Keke, in fact, it's admirable how he managed to get to fuck twins!"

"You little...!" Hearing his shameless speech, Bibi Dong blushed slightly before reaching out to pinch his cheek. But Ah Li was quick to shake her off before she could and started running away while laughing.

"Oh, that's how you want to play it, huh, you little bastard?" As her face twitched in annoyance, she hid the amusement behind her pink orbs as she returned to her original size and started chasing after him :"Get back here, you little bastard!"

"Hahahaha, never!" The noiret laughed without stopping. The room was quite big, so running around in it was easy. Ah Li managed to escape for a little while, but in the end, his cheeks were captured by Bibi Dong's cruel fingers. As she pinched his soft cheeks as punishment, she smirked down at the shorter boy with amusement :"Hmph, you think you can escape from me, little guy? I can't even leave you alone for two seconds without you learning something you're not supposed to, huh?"

"Ow ow, Shishter Goddeshsh (Sister Goddess), oww! Pleashe leh go! (Please let go!)" While holding her hands, trying to make her let go of him, Ah Li groaned out in pain. Getting his cheeks pulled and pinched wasn't exactly pleasant. <Which cheeks ಠಿ⁠_⁠ಠ?>

"Huh? You think you can talk like a pervert and walk away unpunished, you little brat?" She smirked down evilly :"Let your cheeks getting pinched be a small warning to what your behavior results in."

While she smiled mischievously with a hidden fondness at his pained look, Ah Li could do nothing but take his punishment. He couldn't help but complain in his heart though :'Hmph, just you wait, we'll see who's cheeks and which cheeks will get punished in the future!'

After she had enough of teasing him, she finally let him go. After taking out the hair crystal and breaking it, he immediately began to collect the numerous Dragon Beard Needles. Honestly, although not much, Ah Li had still gotten some useful things from Tang San. Not everything in his collected memories were useful, but some still were and some were just interesting.

For example, the Mysterious Heaven Strike and Purple Demon Eye were the most interesting ones while the Mysterious Heaven Skill was the most useful since it had a better speed in cultivation speed. Purple Demon Eye was interesting because it was directly connected to his Spiritual Power, making it extremely deadly with how messed up Ah Li's Spiritual Power was.

His excuse of obtaining this technique was from copying what Tang San did. Which, because of his Spiritual Power, was very believable. After all, perception was one of the main functions of Spiritual Power. And since Ah Li had the Spiritual Power of a 200,000-year Soul Beast, which was equivalent to a Lv 95-98 Super Douluo, it wasn't really a surprise that he'd learn it after knowing the things that Tang San did.

In fact, not just that. They had even changed the Purple Demon Eye! The eye technique of the Tang Sect could originally be only cultivated during morning by absorbing the purple qi that would appear during sun rise. Obviously, that made it very hard to level up and took a long time.

Tang San managed to break through to the 3rd stage, Mustard Seed, after 12 years of practice. Even then, he only managed to bak through by consuming an Immortal Herb, the Full Moon Wearing Autumn Dew. Ah Li wasn't going to go through so much trouble, so he had to solve the problem.

And luckily, with the help of a 200,000-year ancient Soul Beast and a literal goddess, it wasn't much of a problem! After all, again, these things needed strong Spiritual Power, because one of the main functions was perception. And thankfully, the Spiritual Power of a 200,000-year Soul Beast which was the same as a Lv 95-98 Super Douluo, and the Spiritual Power of a goddess, was far more than enough to solve it.

Bibi Dong may not have a physical body and her Spiritual Power might be weakened outside of Ah Li's body, but inside of his Spiritual Sea, her Spiritual Power was the same as that of when she was a goddess. Of course, even with that much power, since she is Ah Li's Martial Soul and lives inside of his Spiritual Sea, that meant she was still under Ah Li.

And so, the matter of the Purple Demon Eye having to absorb the purple qi that would appear only during sun rise had been changed into evolving by absorbing the yang qi! Although the speed of advancement in a short while was a little slower than absorbing the purple qi, since it was of lesser quality, the quantity had not only completely made up for that, but also had even surpassed it.

After all, unlike the purple qi that could only be absorbed every few minutes or probably just a few seconds every day, the new Purple Demon Eye could absorb the yang qi all day long. Absorbing the tang qi for one of two hours was the equivalent of absorbing the purple qi. Something that Ah Li would still do, causing his speed in advancing the Purple Demon Eye to be even faster. He was already in the 2nd stage, the Detailed realm, and would break through in some time. Tang San would probably cry if he knew.

And as for the Mysterious Heaven Strike, it was the one to fuck around with. Basically, it was a skill that used manifested internal strength, Soul Power in this world, externally to strike at an opponent. So in Ah Li's case, if he brought out all of his Soul Power in his Soul Power Orb, it would be like somebody punching you with a nuclear bomb!

After all, a Super Douluo of the Power Attack System could destroy an entire island if he goes all out. If Ah Li used all of his Soul Power Orb's Soul Power, it would be like a nuclear bomb punching you square in the face! Can you imagine that? Forget about bringing guns to a sword fight, Ah Li was equipping a damn nuclear bomb to his fist!

The others, other than knowledge of poison and Immortal Herbs, and the creation knowledge of Hidden Weapons which was usable for an army of normal people, weren't really useful. Oh, and the Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer of the Hao Tian Clan was pretty sick too.
