Cemetery of the Dragon Kings Part 2

Nero, Ren, and Aria arrived in a tranquil barren land, standing on a hill that afforded them a view of the vast expanse below. The most peculiar aspect of the surroundings was the presence of colorful elemental clouds in the sky and the translucent draconic creatures in the distance.

"Isn't Dragon Valley supposed to restrict soul power? Why am I able to use my soul power here?" Ren summoned Demon Sword Dante and asked in confusion. Aria contemplated it for a moment and then replied, "Probably because both of your soul powers are mixed with Demonic power, which frees you from the restrictions of this realm." Nero and Ren nodded in understanding.

"So, how are we going to do this?" Nero asked as he spotted dozens of translucent dragon creatures in the distance.

Aria began the explanation, "First, I am going to surround the main Dragon Valley with a space barrier, and when I give the signal, let Qliphoth devour these translucent dragons. When it reaches a 50,000-year mark, I would be able to temporarily inhibit it. So, the rest I can do on my own and don't let Qliphoth devour the elemental clouds in the sky as they are the main energy source for stabilizing this realm."

Nero and Ren nodded in agreement. Aria took off and went towards the real Dragon valley. Five minutes later, Nero and Ren saw a blue energy barrier appear in the depth of Dragon valley. " Do it, " Aria's voice also sounded in their minds. Nero summoned the Qliphoth spirit soul. Activating its devouring power, he allowed the branches of the spirit soul to sink into the ground, preparing to absorb the energy from the translucent dragons as instructed by Aria.

The ground in the Dragon Valley started to shake, and moments later, large branches with sharp metallic tips burst forth from the ground, launching attacks against the translucent energy dragons. Different attribute energies gathered at the core of the roots of Qliphoth through the channels of these branches.

Aria, observing the scene, then instructed, "Nero, until it reaches the 50,000-year mark, use your separation ability to separate the pure energy from different attributes, and Ren, use your Unification ability to fuse the energy with Qliphoth." Nero and Ren immediately followed Aria's instructions, utilizing their Martial Soul's innate abilities to complete their respective tasks.

In just a few minutes, Qliphoth had grown into a towering tree, its roots jumbled into a mess at the top, while thick branches continued to absorb energy from the translucent dragons. As soon as Qliphoth crossed the 50,000-year mark, Aria inhibited the spirit soul and instructed Ren and Nero to let go, leaving everything in her capable hands.

After Aria took control of the process, everything about the tree began to change at a quick glance. First of all, the roots that were previously jumbled at the top morphed into a more symmetrical appearance, with leaves made up of different elemental energies growing all over those roots. Meanwhile, the branches at the bottom gained black and red veins, especially the metallic tips which now appeared capable of tearing through space itself.

A few minutes later, the process stopped, and Aria returned to her bionic body while Qliphoth went back into Nero's body. Immediately, Nero and Ren felt a significant boost in their Demonic-spirit power, with Nero reaching Rank 56 and a Demon bloodline of 68%.

" You both can check your improvements afterwards; we have to head towards the main dragon valley. The barrier won't be maintained for long, so we have to quickly separate those remaining wills from their corpses; otherwise, we may face a massive attack," Aria said bringing the brothers back to the reality. Nero and Ren nodded, and after activating Devil Trigger, they headed towards the main dragon valley.

Nero, Ren, and Aria soon arrived at the side of a mountain valley's peak, surrounded by a blue space barrier. The mountain valley itself seemed to have collapsed inward, resembling more of a basin than a traditional valley.

Within this deep mountain valley, an expansive, boundless land stretched out infinitely. In the distance, dusk was beginning to fall, accompanied by an indistinct, faint mist. However, what caught their attention were the countless colossal skeletons scattered across every corner of the valley. These massive dragon skeletons stood dozens of meters tall, with some reaching hundreds of meters in height. The bones emitted a subtle energy fluctuation.

Nero and Ren could sense the lingering power within these skeletons, and if they were to describe it, they would say that this energy was of a much higher quality than normal soul power. "The moment my Dragon God illusion affects these remaining wills, I'm going to execute the Judgment Cut with my full power, severing their connection with their bodies. The rest will be up to you guys, as I'll need a few minutes to recover after that." Nero said as he turned towards Aria and Ren, who nodded solemnly, fully aware that they have only one chance. 

Above Dragon Valley, a massive dragon suddenly materialized, its scales shimmering with nine-colored light. With a thunderous roar, the dragon raised its head high and let out a deafening bellow. In response to its roar, countless other dragon roars reverberated through the valley, causing numerous souls to emerge from the skeletons strewn across every corner of the vast valley.

"MY POWER IS ABSOLUTE!" A resounding, demonic-human voice echoed throughout the valley. Following this proclamation, an onslaught of countless blue, razor-sharp slashes descended upon every Dragon soul present in the valley.

"NOW!" Nero shouted as he knelt, panting heavily. His form began to shift back to his human form as his Demonic-soul power was exhausted. Aria took command of the Qliphoth spirit soul, directing its sharp branches to penetrate the dragon souls. She activated Qliphoth's Devouring power at full throttle, while Ren harnessed the Law of Unification to gather the surrounding energies, channeling them towards Qliphoth to maintain its devouring rate. The Dragon souls let out a wailing roar as they got absorbed by Qliphoth.

On the ship sailing towards Star Luo continent,

Gu Yue was on her way out of her room when she suddenly froze. Her eyes transformed into draconic eyes, and her hands turned into silver dragon claws. A deep sense of sadness washed over her, leaving her bewildered.

Beneath the sea, Tang Wulin, who was undergoing Mu Yue's training, also abruptly stopped. His body was covered in golden dragon scales that fused with his skin as he roared furiously at the sky. But as quickly as the rage had come, he fell unconscious. Mu Yue acted swiftly, pulling Tang Wulin out of the sea. After a thorough examination, she found nothing physically wrong with him and allowed him to rest in his room.

Dragon valley,

After Aria absorbed the Dragon souls, she carefully filtered out the resentment within them. With the purified soul energy in hand, she divided it into three parts and channeled it to Iblis, Zyris, and Qliphoth. Both Iblis and Zyris manifested from within Nero and Ren's bodies. Upon receiving their respective portions of Dragon soul energy, their cultivations surged at an astounding pace.

Aria didn't stop there  as she utilized Qliphoth's branches to devour the Dragon skeletons. She separated a mental clone that would channel the pure essence to Nero and Ren while she herself focused on scanning the Laws contained within the God-Rank skeletons. The pure energy began fusing with Nero and Ren, causing them to fall unconscious as their bodies were enveloped in a blue and red light, respectively.

As Iblis and Zyris absorbed the Dragon soul energy, four black soul rings emerged beneath Yamato and Dante. Gradually, the black soul rings darkened and transformed into a deep shade of red, symbolizing Iblis and Zyris's breakthrough into having spirit souls of 100,000+ years. 

Half 'n' hour later, Aria finally finished in acquiring the full data of What Law is and how it is formed? but before she could breath a sigh of relief she noticed that Nero and Ren's spirit rank was already Rank 63 and was still growing at a fast rate. She hurriedly guided a portion of the energy towards their bloodline and at the same time compressed their Demonic-spirit power bringing it back to Rank 61. 

In a white space filled with colorful energies, Nero and Ren, in their soul forms, suddenly opened their eyes and glanced around. " Don't look around you both are currently inside Qliphoth's spiritual space in your soul form. I waked you both up because the remaining energy from those Dragon corpses is still very large. So, I want you two to use those energies to use the Growth Link method and make the Divine ring right now. I am transferring the full method to both of you right now. " Aria's voice resonated within this spiritual space as she explained their current situation. 

Nero and Ren nodded in understanding and after Aria transferred the complete method to them. They sat cross-legged and began the construction of the Divine ring.
