Reina (Mara) felt like a failure as a sister. They lived together, but she failed to recognize his suffering.
She knew the reason, though; Rafael didn't want her to be sad or burdened with his problems.
He always kept everything to himself, even when their parents disappeared suddenly. He remained strong, comforting her while bottling up his own emotions.
"Rafael…" she mumbled softly.
She then kept reading on, as she still couldn't fathom why Rafael took his own life.
He had always been the one motivating her to persevere.
That was until she read, "Today they bullied me again, but this time I punched one of them when he said something about my sister."
Flipping to the next page, she read, "That jerk just won't stop! But what if what he says is true? That my sister is suffering at work because of me?"
