At the same time the Pseudo-Artifact and the Spiritual Crystals won by B1 and A32 were stored away in the treasury and time slipped by.

Another 7 years passed quickly. Samuel had seen his parents once over this time, and was told they wouldn't be around for a while. As for Sally she seemed to have disappeared after the Eleflares previous invasion.

However the Dogs of War developed rapidly, many second Generation Dogs of War reached the age of maturity and began to practice. So Samuel suddenly added over five hundred new Warriors into the Dogs of War.

Even the 18 guards that Samuel personally selected had grown up to around 12 years old and had begun to take on the role of his personal guards.

Over the last 7 years, 7 more youth tournaments were held. After A32 was too old to participate, Samuel selected B1 and B2 to participate in the competition.

B1 rose steadily before stopping at the 5th place, the limit for a Low Rank 1s to reach. And B2 did a little worse and only ranked 10th after 7 years of participation.

Samuel was slightly disappointed but there wasn't much he could do. B1 is estimated to break through to Middle Rank 1 within the next couple of months so hopefully she will get a better position then.

As for the First Generation of Dogs of War, 20 of them broke through to the Middle Rank 1! Although they were still weaker than other Middle Rank 1 Warriors, it is still Middle Rank 1 nonetheless.

However the most notable thing happened a week ago. During a battle with a fellow Dog of War, A32 successfully broke through to the High Rank 1, becoming the strongest combat power in the Dogs of War Organisation.

SS1 also made incredible progress, and it is estimated that in less than a year he can become a High Rank 1 warrior as well!

And with the fear brought upon by the Racial Invasion, many women and men alike were married to the warriors in the Dogs of War Organisation. There were even some who had just come of age and were eager to be married!

And on the other side of the spectrum there were some reaching near fifty, sixty and seventy married in! Of course it is the older dogs of war who married them, but due to the influence of wealth and spiritual herbs they still look relatively young.

But the difference is, these older women have already situated themselves in the city. They had stores, credits, and access to resources that others might not be able to get more access to.

The only downside is that the older women often had children. But Samuel ensured that all of the children were either married off to another Dog of War, or were left outside.

After all Samuel doesn't want any loose cannons in his Organisation, after all he has a lot of secrets which can't easily be exposed.

Over the last 7 years, the entire planet has also changed. After receiving so many corpses of Eleflares and so many new Spiritual Crystals every Organisation made some clear progress.

Even the weakest Fifth Army in the StoneFortress City had enough money to largely improve the quality of their equipment if they wanted to.

But what made Samuel confused was that Nicholas didn't choose to do that, rather all of the wealth collected seemed to disappear, none of the soldiers saw even a credit let alone any Spiritual Crystals.

Even the many corpses of the Eleflares suddenly disappeared Samuel had no clue what Nicholas was doing with them, but he lamented the fate of the Fifth Army with such an incompetent leader.

Especially after he saw the other armies within the city. Even the mortals were equipped with newly built weapons and armour that were reinforced with the corpses of Eleflares!

This truly showed its power, it allowed groups of mortals to actually combat warriors! Although it would take over a hundred mortals fully equipped to kill a warrior it is still proof that they are getting stronger!

After all there are 100,000 Mortal Soldiers in each army, and even if only half were equipped fully, that is still enough to face 500 warriors.

And this is just the armies. Many other smaller organisations made extensive progress after the war.

Many Pseudo-Artifacts were created with the plethora of materials received. The Warriors' own strength was boosted with the help of Spiritual Crystals! And even if they weren't boosted directly, the smaller organisations bought a lot of herbs from the larger ones.

But it was after 7 years that the Racial War showed signs of movement.

However it wasn't a direct invasion as you would expect, rather the Eleflares began to retreat from the occupied cities. They completely left it alone!

Suddenly news came from the Dragon Continent Super City. And Samuel finally got a clear reason for why this Racial War Started.

Apparently it originated with a conflict on the Eternal Battlefield.

A group of low level members of the Government located a large ancient Ruins within the Eternal Battlefield, originally the group thought this was their opportunity and rushed in.

However they ran into trouble right at the entrance, there were groups of stone puppet creatures, each with incredible strength!

Immediately over 5 members of the group died with only one left. This man knowing that the chance can't be his, immediately reported it to the higher ups in the Government.

And as expected the Government sent out powerhouses to check and try to explore, but like the first group of members, they were stopped after only slightly entering the Ruins!

However while they were beginning to plan the second expedition, they ran into more problems.

Eleflares also found the location of the Ruins and definitely weren't willing to give it up to Blue Stars Government.

However the Government took action first, immediately attacking and killing multiple influential Eleflares including the heir to a Rank 9 Powerhouse!

And so the war started, mainly over control of the Ruins.

But just recently the Eleflares and Government realised the losses outweigh the potential gains from the Ruins.

In the end they agreed on hosting a youth competition.

10 people under the age of 20 were selected from each side and fought against each other.
