Chapter 113 Return

As Bell faces off against the Minotaur, Bete recognizes Bell as the "Tomato Guy" that Ais once saved. Bete then disparages Bell once again for the adventurer's incompetence.

Tiona asks Ais if it's alright to allow Bell to continue his fight against the Minotaur alone. Lili then chimes in, beseeching the group to help Bell, causing her to faint from fatigue and be healed by Riviera. Because of Lili's plea, Bete decides to help Bell. However, he's astonished to see that Bell is capable of holding his own against the beast.

While the fight between Bell and the Minotaur continues, Freya watches as it unfolds, feeling rhapsodic from the experience.

Back to the fight, the Loki Familia group notes that although Bell's knife and his technique with the knife are impressive, Bell has yet to penetrate the defenses of the Minotaur.

Defending against an attack that breaks his baselard, Bell manages to stab the Minotaur's right arm.

Unable to wield its broadsword weapon any longer, Bell uses it to slash the Minotaur several times and finishes it off using multiple Firebolt spells.

Once the fight is over, Lili rushes over to Bell, and the Loki Familia also approaches him.

"Well, it's more exciting to watch in actuality," a deep voice sounded. All Loki Familia got alert. The next second, their pupils shrank.

A humanoid shadow sprang up from Lili's shadow, and a figure was revealed wearing a black robe, dark armor and dress, with dual swords on his waist.

Ais's eyes widened. She ran and unsheathed her sword to attack. The figure tilted his head, dodging the piercing tip of the sword.

Thud!

A kick fell on her stomach, and she flew back toward the Loki Familia members. Finn grabbed her, then his face changed feeling an unimaginable force slide back a little.

"I am sorry, it was pure reflexes, as I haven't controlled my battle sense fully yet," the figure apologized, looking at them, then removed the hood, revealing his face. He is none other than Eero, who disappeared in the rumors.

Ais sat down on the ground, grabbing her stomach. Her brow furrowed then relaxed a little, looking at Eero's face.

"You are the Sword Maniac who went to defeat the Demi-spirit alone," Bete spoke, looking at him in surprise.

Finn and the others were also surprised, then glanced at Bell. "Is he?"

"Well, he is my junior Familia member. Thanks for taking care of him," Eero said calmly, then glanced at Lily's surprised eyes. He smiled, "You are Lily, am I right?"

Lily nodded in surprise. 'He is so strong.'

Eero then glanced at the Loki Familia members, saying, "I will take my leave. I have to take him home; he needs rest. See you later."

"Wait," Finn spoke, wanting to ask something. The next second, he saw Eero's black robe expand like a dark curtain, shrouding Bell and Lily. All three of them turned into a dark spiral and disappeared.

"Space skill or Dark Spell, it looks impressive," Riviera said, impressed.

Ais stood up, feeling constant pain in her stomach, looking at the disappearing figure of Eero. She clenched her sword then sheathed it. "He is strong. I want to challenge him," she said.

"You can, but I have to remind you, even I am not confident to defeat him," Finn said, looking at Ais's firm expression. He smiled wryly. This happens when a battle maniac meets another battle maniac.

Inside the residence, a black spiral appeared in front of Hestia.

Thud! Thud!

Both Bell and Lily fell on the ground, lying.

Hestia, surprised, looked at Bell and Lily, then she saw Eero, leaped at him excitedly, "Eero-kun, I knew you would return."

Eero felt suffocation again, but he sighed in relief. Hestia released him, tears appeared in her eyes.

Eero felt a little guilty, turned and glanced at Bell, raised his hand, his hair turned white. Instantly, a white light shrouded his body, healing him up visibly to the naked eye.

"What happened to Bell-kun?" Hestia then exclaimed.

Bell!!! (Thanks for noticing me)

Lily was sitting depressed there, looking at Eero and Hestia timidly, also looking at Bell worriedly.

"He fought a battle, emptied his mana," Eero said calmly. After restoring all Bell's injuries, his hair returned to its normal gray color.

"Eero, now tell me, where have you been? All these months," putting her hands on her waist, Hestia asked angrily, glaring at him.

Eero shrank his neck, grabbed Bell and put him inside the room, letting Lily sit beside him.

Then he appeared in front of Hestia, looking at her.

Hestia raised her brow and said again pressingly, "Come on, I am waiting for your reply."

Eero glanced at her angry face, he smiled, walked near her. Hestia's face changed, her heart beat started getting faster, looking at Eero near her, she backed away, cornered by Eero near the wall.

Eero grabbed her waist and bowed, kissed her small mouth. Instantly her eyes widened. Lily, who opened the door, was about to come outside the room, was stunned looking at both of them.

She hurriedly closed the door, ran away inside flushed, 'He is really a demon, how can someone do that to their goddess.'

Hestia pushed Eero back, her face turned red as a tomato, turned her eyes away, spoke softly, "Eero, you are not allowed to do that to your goddess."

"I am sorry," Eero apologized.

Hestia's eyes raised, looking at Eero's apologetic expression. She felt he was apologizing for kissing her, a disappointed flashed through her heart, 'It seems he kissed me on a whim, not in love.'

"I apologized for leaving you alone in these few months, not for kissing you. As for not being allowed to do that to your goddess, I don't care. I just love you very much. I will get you and make you mine, even if I myself have to become a demon or a god for that," Eero then explained playfully, looking at her wide eyes.

Hestia's eyes widened in surprise again, then her face turned red, steam flew through her head. She pushed him and ran away inside the room, shouting, "Eero, you stupid, don't say that to your goddess."

"Ha ha ha," Eero laughed loudly, shook his head, and thought to himself wickedly, 'She thought she could grab my handle.'
