Cuddling Zola as we both rest immediately recharged my batteries and now I am just observing her as she sleeps. She breathes softly and every time I adjust to put some distance between us to get a better look she will wiggle back onto me. Ten of ten experience and will search it out again.

Her hair is spread across the bed behind her, and the nightdress she threw on is 'form' fitting and matches her purple hair.

I poke her cheek and she swats it away with an annoyed whine that coaxes me to poke again.

"Novaaaa, Stop it I am sleeping." She grumbles and turns away from me as she leans her back against my chest.

"Alright, let's sleep some more then." I tangle my legs with hers and slide an arm under her and wrap it across her chest to lock her in place. She only wiggles around to find a comfy spot and soon passes right back out.

This girl is dangerous in a whole new way when she is like this, her soft body sends evil thoughts to my mind but I bonk away the horny devil and focus on the intimate moment. Zola making efforts to close the gap between us is rare and I need to take it slow or she might jump off the hook.

She set herself up to fail in the original by activating the 'horny' ancient rune and got caught up in the moment. Here we haven't made enough progress to get to that rune but even so, our relationship is still pretty close, the evidence is laying in bed with me.

"Nova will you stop squeezing my breast." I open my eyes as I hear a voice, blinking away the sleepy feeling I see Zola looking at me with a stone face.

"What happened?" I rub my eye with my free hand as the other seemed a bit busy.

"What happened is you squeezing my boob so hard I thought you wanted to damage it." I look down and see my right hand with my fingers sinking into the soft mammary.

"Oh, my bad." She nods before seeing that I am making no attempt to let go and narrows her eyes.

Seeing a spark of lighting crack next to her I give one last parting squeeze and slip my hand back. She puts her hand on the boob and moves it around before letting go and letting it fall back into place.

"You rested?" I nod at her question and she smiles brightly. "Good, we are going to knock out another rune sequence today and I wanted to make sure you had no excuse." Dang.

I decided to do the smartest thing for the human world and it involved abducting some humans and 'recruiting' them. Their terms are not nearly as good as any demons as demons don't have any high-tier power to potentially snitch to about me.

The light temple maybe and I mean maybe able to detect an evil piece, but that is also unlikely. They have the person who is closest to god but the dude is currently asleep and won't wake up unless some big event happens.

I won't cause trouble with the angels until I am ready to rip them completely off and take all they are worth as they sleep like coma patients.

But my human expansion is slow and steady, I sent feelers out to all the main cities and settlements to summon me so I can have a 'fast travel' network to use in the human world. Some are even opening businesses and selling some of my less demon-world-themed goods. The human world has a vast amount of money as they are more settled than the demon world.

Demons are very poor compared to humans, by comparison, I can easily do an economic takeover with most of my goods.

But an interesting place is going to be the elf forest, the elf's main tree, or spirit tree or whatever it was sitting on a seal that the Abyss is using to break through. There is an army of the abyss and an abyss altar under the tree if I remember right.

Zola's dad set the seal by using his lifespan I do believe, he only lived by making an equals contract with Zola's mom. He gained the honorary title of king of elves, its only real use is to cause trouble as when the elves are in trouble he is duty-bound to help them as the 'king'. But he also gets nothing beneficial from it other than intangible things like 'respect' and 'admiration".

The altar is the main problem as it makes an avatar for one of their gods to descend as a peak false god that if it completes will destroy the human world by itself. I remember Chen Rui stopping it and getting rewarded by the spirit world tree thing giving him the reborn sapling of its dead body.

The elves were kind of pissed about it but had to respect the tree's decision.

But I mainly want to go so I can find Blanche, a cute elf girl with a cursed eye that Abyss eventually uses to descend into her body and uses her as an avatar. I will find a way to cure her, I might be able to just destroy the eye and give her a super Phenix tear to grow a new one.

The experiments on Phenix tears have yielded a lot of positive results, mixing Catherine's blood and water from the three different kinds of fountains makes a god-tier healing potion. It can regenerate entire new limbs instantly and reverse the effects of old age and other ailments.

Well, nothing to be done now as I am waiting for demon world politics to come to a meeting, and human world fast traveling is currently not finished. The best thing to do is spend the day relaxing before things get busy.

"Shea we are going on a date!" A few of her advisors who were in the room faces pinch and sour.

"Nova I am busy right now." The shock on their faces after her not outright denying to go is immediately evident.

"Coma on Shea you are always busy, the only time you aren't is when you are sleeping... I could just join you then I guess." She stands up and the chair is thrown back as she slams a hand down.

"Leave us." She orders with a pulse of her power and the advisors scramble, I make sure to smile wide at the jealous Lucifer family member who looks on the verge of rupturing a blood vessel. "Please stop pissing them off Nova, you don't help as much anymore and I need other opinions on some matters." She sighs and I walk around the table while dragging my hand on its slick surface.

"Just ask me if you need help or Olympus for that matter. You don't need to surround yourself with people who would cut you to pieces for your power if they got the chance. You can use Olympus for the most part and I did that so you can use Friday to help with stuff like this." Shea sighs and summons a bottle and some cups before pouring them and forming ice with her powers and dropping them into the cups.

"I can't, the problems require a lot of thought and-." She pauses and takes a drink. "She probably could run simulations and see many different outcomes and give me different ideas...." I smile seeing the demon world country bumpkin falling to the sweet convenience of technology.

"Yes, she could and you would have more free time to give to me." I take the drink and sip it as she looks at me weirdly. "What?" I ask in confusion.

"You are seeming clingy today."

"I am not clingy, I just don't want you spending time with people who don't care about you. I would rather free up your time so you can use it where it will matter more." Wait that does sound kind of clingy... "Maybe a bit clingy." I admit and she smiles.

"I never said I didn't like clingy, you just aren't like this normally. I like the attention when it's from you, you are the one who helped me so much and then just went to the next person/problem. I was starting to feel neglected if you wouldn't be inviting me to movie night almost every day." She hops up and sits on the table, her legs start to swing back and forth.

"I see, I have been making efforts to slow down as I have time and don't need to rush so much. Haste makes waste, as they say, the boat trip was fun and it was almost entirely a 'waste of time' since the boat could have got us there almost instantly." She snorts before sipping her drink some more.

"It was fun because you screwed Isabella and got her in that annoying happy-go-lucky mood. She has been rubbing it in everyone's face and I am getting sick of it." I chuckle awkwardly as Izzy has been searching me out almost three times a day so far for quickies and then goes back to work. She might need to slow down before her boss fires her, well she would probably like the free time.

"No need to pout Shea, we can go have fun and you can rub that right back into her face since she hasn't been out that much with me yet. Not that I haven't tried, she is always running around and zips by when she has a moment and then zips right back off." Shea sets down her empty cup and looks toward me while running her pink tongue across her lips.

"Where are we going?"

"The human world again?" She asks and I look around us, a wide open field with blue sky as far as the eye can see. The sun beats down on us and I summon an umbrella and stab it into the ground while bringing out blankets and picnic baskets filled with goodies.

"Yep, I have gotten used to the two moons of demon world but a nice sunny day can't be beaten for a picnic." She looks around and a genuine smile slowly melts out of her icy face and she slides down onto the blanket.

"Alright, I wanted to try this anyway after we saw it in a few movies." Most of my 'original' date ideas got smashed by romance movies. I should have held off until I squeezed them for all they were worth. "What did you pack?" She opens a basket and starts pulling out sandwiches and crackers.

"Normal picnic stuff, nothing fancy as today we are going to be casual." The little smile widens as we set out plates and cups and all kinds of food I haven't messed with since money changes people. When I can have servants cook the best of the best I tend to ignore cheaper stuff like this.

I remember my first few meals in the demon world and how bad they were, feels like ages ago by now.

I look back across the field and pretend I am on earth again, the plants are identical and the sky an exact copy.

"Lost in thought?" I turn to see Shea take a bite of ham and cheese with no mayo as she hates the stuff.

"Yea." She chews and swallows the dry sandwich down with some juice.

"What about?" I grab my sandwich and look back out onto the field.

"Home." She makes an Oof sound like a certain video game character when the mood slightly takes some damage.

"Do you miss it?" I take a bite of my sandwich and shake my head, if not for Olympus storing most of the stuff I can remember I would likely forget the majority of the things from before the demon world.

"I can hardly remember the more time I spend here." She nods and I grab her hand and give it a squeeze to try and pull the mood back. "I don't regret anything, I enjoy my life here quite a lot maybe even more than anything possible before." Her smile returns upon hearing my honest reply.

"Good, I would hate for you to be suffering from homesickness." She goes quiet for a bit before looking back at me. "Would you go back though?" I purse my lips and shake my head.

"Nah, if anything I might look for some unknown worlds after we finish off Abyss and stabilize the demon world's future. Adventure and exploration sound fun, I will drag you along as well so look forward to it." Her shocked face slowly turns into one of the most excited and happy looks I have ever seen her have.

"Ok, I will look forward to it!"
