Engagement !!

"Good afternoon, mom!!" Shanaya wished her mother after entering inside the lavish Singhania Mansion. Her mother was sipping on her tea while chitchatting with one of her friend.

She smiled warmly seeing her daughter, "You're back, come, sit here. See who's here!!" Her voice was filled with happiness as she called her daughter towards her.

Shanaya smiled sweetly at her mother and sat beside her, "Hello aunty, how are you?" She asked with a shy smile on her face after touching the feet of the lady.

Mrs. Maheshwari felt herself also smiling warmly at the girl, she just loves this girl, how sweet, soft and well mannered. "I'm fine, how are you, sweetheart? Its been a very tiring day for you." She said with a worried voice.

"Don't worry aunty, I'm totally fine." Shanaya answered enthusiastically, after meeting her to be mother-in-law, all her tiredness vanished.

Mrs. Maheshwari nodded her head, "I'm here to invite you on Suhas' birthday party. This is the official invitation, we'll wait for you, don't miss it."

The middle aged lady handed her a beautifully decorated small basket while inviting her for her only son's birthday party.

Suhas Maheshwari, the most eligible bachelor of the country, and the young CEO of Maheshwari group of companies.

He's known as the young heartthrob at the age of just twenty-nine. He's an ideal businessman, ideal son & also an ideal man.

Shanaya cast her eyes down shyly as she heard the name of the man of her dreams. Only she & her god knows how madly she loves the man.

"I know aunty, I'll be present there surely." The shy reply came out of her lips which satisfied the two mothers.

They glanced at each other meaningfully and nodded in satisfaction.

Mrs. Maheshwari stood up after glancing at her watch, "Okay, I've to leave now, see you all at the party." She bid goodbye to the mother & daughter.

Shanaya quickly walked towards her and touched her feet to seek blessings from her, Nita stroked her head and blessed her before leaving happily.

Mrs. Singhania looked at her daughter's glowing face and her heart warmed. She knows that her daughter is madly in love with the man, and they are very happy with that.

Maheswari's are one of the top five elites of the country, everyone dreams to get a family like them while a son-in-law like Suhas.

Now it's just a matter of time when their daughter will step inside the Maheshwari house as their only daughter-in-law & the future madame of the family.

"Mom!!"

Mrs. Singhania broke out of her daze as her daughter's high pitched voice reach her ears, she threw a questionable glance towards Shanaya. "Why are you shouting?"

Shanaya rolled her eyes off as she listened the question, she's calling her mother for the last fifteen minutes, and now she's asking if something happened...

"I don't have a good dress for the party, so I'm going for some shopping. I'll have lunch outside in some restaurant, bye." She said everything hastily and walked out of the house without waiting for her mother to say anything else.

Asi's Creations...

After stepping out of her black Mercedes Shanaya passed the three layered security system of Asi before walking towards the reception.

She signed and fill up the form with all her information before getting the entry pass which will help her enter inside the ten storied Italian style fashion house.

She took the black & gold coloured card cum pass and looked at it, there's a logo of Asi was printed in gold and silver colour. She touched the card to the machine which was placed aside the large glass door.

The door opened and a beautiful mechanical voice greet her, "Welcome to Asi!!"

Shanaya just stared dazedly for a while before stepping inside. This was her first time being here and everything is extraordinary. She had visited so many mall & fashion houses in many different countries but never experienced anything like this before.

Indeed its world's no. 1 fashion brand. Nobody can be comparable with them.

There were two women standing to welcome the customers, "Welcome to Asi, madam, please come." One of the sales girl stepped towards her and greeted politely before guiding her inside.

Shanaya felt like she was in a dreamland, every corner was meticulously designed and decorated. Its a different world, indeed.

"Ma'am, may I know about your preferences?" The salesgirl asked respectfully.

Shanaya nod, "I want an evening gown."

"May I know about the occasion?" The girl queried.

Shanaya replied, "Yeah, its my engagement."

The girl nod in understanding as they stepped inside the elevator before the door closed, the salesgirl pressed the sixth floor button and the lift started to run.

In a minute they reached the sixth floor. Shanaya nearly gasped seeing the enormous area and the vast collections of breathtakingly beautiful dresses.

The salesgirl just smiled, everyone who works here are very much accustomed with these types of expressions from the customers who visits here. Some people even faints in surprise and shock.

"Ma'am, these floor contains every types of outfit especially for these types of occasions, there are different sections divided asper the seasons and occasions.

You are free to tour around and look at the collections. But you cannot touch them, if you like any outfit, you just have to say it to me and I'll show it to you."

The girl clearly explained everything before Shanaya started to roam around. Her eyes were filled with wonder, she had never seen such exquisite and unique collections.

Each of the dresses were totally different from the another, there was not even an ounce of similarity in between the dresses. Each of them were different in looks, colour, design, not a single piece can be comparable with the other.

Shanya just looked at them, she never knew that there are so many colours in the world.

After a two long hour of touring & checking around she chose a very beautiful sequined lehenga in pastel shades. The lehenga was absolutely gorgeous & dazzling with the sparkling diamonds which were used all over the lehenga. It was paired with a sleeveless matching blouse and a pastel blue colour dupatta.

The salesgirl pulled out the dress and told her everything about it while she just nodded her head in satisfaction before walking towards the counter.

"3.5 million!!" The woman at the counter announced the price before sending it for packing.

Shanaya took out her gold card and handed it to her, the woman looked up, "Ma'am, after paying the bill this dress will belong to you, but asper the rules of Asi, you're not allowed to ruin this dress in any condition.

If something like that happens we have the legal rights to sue you. Do you agree with the terms & conditions?"

Shanaya listened everything carefully before nodding her head in agreement, the woman cleared the bill and hand her a white bag with the logo of Asi. "Have a good day, ma'am."

"Ma'am, anything else?" The salesgirl asked Shanaya as they stepped out. She thought for a while before asking, "You've men's collections, right?" The girl nod her head.

Shanaya again took a moment before answering, "I want a cuff link."

The girl nod again and they entered inside the elevator. The elevator dinged open at the seventh floor, "This floor contains every types of men's accessories, you can check out."

Shanaya walked around the floor, there were different sections, each sections contains specific items.

Again it took around an hour to choose one specific thing. She chose a very beautiful and unique diamond brooch instead of the cuff link, an ancient sword in the middle of angel wings and a musical note which were connected to each other through two layered gold chains.

"4 million!" Announced the counter person as she billed it on her. Shanaya paid the bill and took the small bag before stepping out with a victorious smile. "Just great, Suhas will be in love with this gift!!"
