Thunderous Roar

An insanely large lion the combined width of five carriages was running through the forest, it had little intelligence but the monster behind it was something with it's instincts alone it could feel it would not be able to handle, it should have stayed with the rest of the horde instead of trying to hunt down this little monster.

Remembering the moment it went to devour the weak looking human child into it opened those ghostly white eyes still shook it to its core, it became the hunted in that moment instead of the hunter.

Eventually the Lion slowed down at the river to drink water this was the last thought going through it's head before it fell to the ground as a large crunch sound constantly repeated itself in the air.

"More, need more blood!"

A pale little boy about 4 years old with dirty black hair that went to his back was covered in magical beast blood constantly flowing within his veins healing any wounds or exhaustion he felt before.

"Sister did you enjoy my offering to you?"

The boy went back to the cave and sat down next to his own birth mothers corpse, her skin long ago decayed away due to insects and lack of Qi to keep it alive the only thing left was a skeleton but the little boy still butchered magical beast that came near his home, the one instructing him to do so was a voice inside his very heart she called herself Alice since his birth she was the only one he was able to confide in and learn from in fact she taught him all about the world even though he had little experience outside of the magical beast forest.

"Yes but this beast is too weak, it's blood isn't nearly enough to revive me but it will help with strengthening your blood cultivation now in order for you to provide me with vitality that'll revive me you'll need to reach at least Nascent Soul Stage to hunt own those that hold the keys to my soul."

The boy cheerfully jumped hearing he could be of use to this sister of his.

"Sister I'll bring you back so you can hunt with me I promise!."

Alice only grinned as she examined this little devil she created, who'd have thought that idiot Cole and his sisters death would lead to the creation of a new Devil in the world she had sought so long to make herself into one with countless experiments but to think that the death of twins would be enough fuel for The Devil Seed to finally birth itself anew.

She'd harvest this boy soon enough and finally break the chains of being a mere false immortal, she'd make sure of that when he finally revived her from the Death she experienced at the hands of her Grandmother long ago, she'd have passed away permanently if not for the small amount of her soul she left attached to the devil seed itself luckily she was not absorbed as it still viewed her as a companion.

"Ah yes Darth, this forest isn't suitable for your growth you need to engage in slaughter of humans to truly walk The Devil Path mere beasts are not suitable for you and those that are pose too much of a threat for a Rank 4 Qi Condensation cultivator even with the superiority of your Devil Cultivation."

The little boy only slightly bent his head as he asked.

"What's a human?"

If Alice had a physical body she'd pummel to the ground, still this would give her a chance to eliminate the possibility of him deeply caring about any other human being besides herself.

"Humans are entertaining toys, if you break one another can replace it so there's no need for you to care about them at all, oh yes and of course if it's a female you can play with it before cutting the string."

Darth didn't know what she meant by play with it but he accepted her words without question, she's been his guide since he could remember there was no reason to doubt her now.

"Sister Alice how should I find them?"

Alice begun to imprint her memories of the geography into his head, this would show him the nearest exit out of the forest and the quickest route to The Asura Kingdom's Borders if no wars had occurred then it should be straightforward, this was the plan into a thundering roar could be heard outside the cave.
