Reincarnation

Leo's agony suddenly disappeared, and the uncontrollable retching ceased. He couldn't feel anything, and he wondered if he had died, Darkness enveloped him until a mechanical voice spoke:

[ Welcome to the Oracle System ]

[ Host reincarnation is starting ]

[ Please empty your mind ]

Suddenly, Leo's senses were thrown into disarray. He felt himself shrinking to the size of an atom before an explosive expansion returned him to his normal size. The mechanical voice, which identified itself as the Oracle System, declared:

[ Transmigration successfull ]

[ Conducting system check ]

[ No abnormalites detected ]

[ Launch in seven days ]

Leo took a deep breath, relieved that the pain was gone, but bewildered by what had just happened. He had no idea where he was, or what the Oracle System was, but he had a feeling that his life was about to change in unimaginable ways.

Leo struggled to stay awake as he listened to the system, trying to make sense of what was happening. However, exhaustion took over, and he eventually succumbed to sleep.

After a while, he slowly began to wake up and tried to recall the events that had led him here. It took a moment, but suddenly, his memory flooded back, and he remembered that he had died. Before losing consciousness, he had heard a mechanical voice mentioning something about reincarnation, leaving him feeling bewildered and disoriented.

Leo's thoughts raced as he realized that he hadn't died - he had been reincarnated to another world. As he slowly opened his eyes to welcome the new world, a sense of unease washed over him. To his horror, he found that he couldn't open his eyes fully, and panic set in. Panic triggered a response in Leo's brain, causing his body to convulse with a terrible pain. Through the haze of agony. Leo was able to discern where he had been reincarnated and, more precisely, whose body he had possessed.

Leo found himself abruptly reincarnated into the body of a bratty child who had haunted his nightmares for the past month. As he became aware of his new surroundings, he realized again he had been reincarnated into a world of cultivation, the very same world that had previously existed only in his dream. Despite gradually regaining control of his new body, Leo knew it would take some time fully acclimate to his new form.

To learn more about his situation, Leo began delving into the brat's memories, hoping to determine where he was in the brat's life and what lay ahead. Based on his findings, he breathed a sigh of relief, realizing that the brat was only thirteen years old and had just begun his cultivation journey. This meant that he wouldn't have to face the consequences of the brat's immature actions.

After deducing when he had transmigrated, Leo turned his attention to understanding his current situation. As he delved deeper into brat's memories, he eventually discovered where he was and the circumstances that had brought him there. To his dismay, he found himself in a precarious position, one that left him feeling frustared and irked by the cause of his predicament.

Realizing the importance of comprehending the brat's memories, Leo began organizing them to gain a clearer understanding of his situation. As he sifted through the brat's memories, he pieced together the events that had led to his current predicament.

According to the memories, that brat had initially started working as a servant in a sect with the goal of becoming an immortal cultivator. after three years of ardous cultivation, he had finally managed to break through his mortal limit and achieve his dream of becoming a cultivator at the young age of the thirteen.

Leo had believed that everything was fine until a certain point, which led him to continue organizing the memories of the brat. it was no suprise that, as soon as the brat became a cultivator, his first action was to accept a mission from the mission hall. The mission required him the collect spiritual plants from ouitside the Mystic forest. Leo verified the mission location once again, only to curse the brat once more, wondering wyh he had entered the dangerous forest in the first place. Despite his frustration, Leo tried to relax and contiuned organizing the memories, hoping to find some reasoning behind the brat's actions.

Leo discovered that brat had two reasons for coming to the Mystic Forest. The first reason was to fullfill the sect's mandatory yearly mission obligation. Leo took a break and commented, ' That's a very good reason, but it doesn't explain why you were inside the forest.' He continued organizing the memories and discovered that the brat had heard a tale about the mystic forest and the caves located deep in the lakes. According to the tale, there were many elemental stones inside the caves, which motivated the brat to venture into the forest. Upon learning the second reason for the brat's journey, Leo felt like he would cough up blood if he weren't trying to take control of his body. Leo resumed organizing the memories to determine why the brat had died.

After entering the forest and finding the lake, brat begin his search for caves at the deepest end of the water. It wasn't long before he found the cave he was looking for and dived in. Swimming through the cave, he soon spotted a tunnel that seemed to lead upward. Altough the water level didn't reach the tunnel, brat propelled himself toward the opening, excited at the prospect of finding something valuable.

As he walked through the tunnel, brat caught a glimpse of a faint light emanating from the corner of the wall. He broke into a run, his curiosity piqued. There, he stumbled upon a Water Elemental Stone, a rare and coveted item that would allow him to start his water Qi cultivation.

Without thinking, brat let out a sound of satisfaction, only to hear his voice echo back at him. The noise attracted the attention of a fourth realm of Qi Condenstaion beast, a water snake-type creature named Hydrocoil. Brat was no match for the beast, which was three realms above his cultivation level. He began to backstep frantically, reaching for his sword while doing so. His only hope was to swim toward from tunnel opening to surface, banking on his superior swimming skills to escape.

Hydrocoil, however, had other plans. It sensed that brat was its prey and launched itself at him with incredible speed. brat tried to draw his sword, but the beast was too fast, and he could do nothing but watch as Hydrocoil brought him down to the tunnel floor. Once it had toppled brat, Hydrocoil coiled its body araound him, preventing him from moving. The beast then went in for the kill, sinking its fangs into brat's neck.

As the brat faced his impending death, he summoned all his regaining strenght and sank his teeth into Hydrocoil's head. All the anger and longing he had held for a world that had never given him a place to call home or any love and happiness, surged through him and into the beast. With determination etched on his face, he was resolute in taking the beast down with him, as it had forced him to leave this world. Despite his failing body, he willed himself to stay awake and witness the beast's demise. After a few moments, the beast's body began to slacken, and it finally died before him.

Watching the beast fall and realizing his own imminent demise, the brat let out a laugh for the first time in his life. As he coughed up blood and tears welled up in his eyes, he thought to himself, 'Maybe it's better to leave this world that never wanted me in the first place and be done with it.' These were his final thoughts as he passed from this world.
