Yaan and the Primordial Sage stepped into the Four Divine Star System moments after the Divine Court became alert to the Eternal Prison's collapse. With Shi and the other three divinities who escaped from the prison immediately running rampant and destroying everything owned by the Divine Court in sight, Law Empyrean finally understood why the Primordial Sage had cultivated that girl…and why the Sage allowed her to be captured.

Law Empyrean sat atop the Infinite Gold Cloud in Divine Heaven, listening expressionlessly as his subordinates gave their hasty reports.

"Divine Court Lord, we have now confirmed that the girl cultivated by the Primordial Sage has ascended to the Divine Step by destroying the Divine Stairway using her dao heart of destruction, becoming the Destruction Empyrean!"

"Divine Court Lord, Destruction Empyrean has joined forces with the three Divine prisoners – Blood Deity, Reckless Demon and Primal Savage. Blood Deity and Reckless Demon are Deities, they aren't too much of a threat, but Primal Savage is an Empyrean who caused us no end of troubles for hundred of thousands of years before his capture back then!"

"Divine Court Lord, news of the Eternal Prison's destruction and the rampant attack from the four divinities has spread! Many divinities from across the Qi Plane are already rushing towards the Divine Star System, recklessly tearing apart space to reach us faster!"

As Law Empyrean sat atop Infinite Gold Cloud, resting his head on one hand as he listened to the panicked reports coming in one after another, he silently closed his eyes and fell into thought.

'Primordial Sage, was this your plan all along? How could you possible have known that something so ridiculous would happen? For such a young Dao Immortal to suddenly ascend to the Divine Step whilst undergoing the relentless torture of the Eternal Prison…for that girl to not only ascend with her dao heart, but to even destroy the Divine Stairway too, alerting every divinity across the Qi Plane to the sudden change…was this all within your expectations…?'

In the end, Law Empyrean opened his eyes and stood up. The many divinities before him fell silent, standing to attention as he looked out across them.

"Today, the Divine Court has fallen victim to the scheming of many demons against our righteous path. Today, the Divine Court will be forced to show the world its ultimate ace - Divine Law."

Nobody present understood what he meant by this, but every single one of these divinities felt shudders running through their bodies. They all felt a premonition that today, once again, the world would tremble under the might of the divine.

Law Empyrean walked down from the throne, heading calmly towards the centre of Divine Heaven.

The nine divinities currently involved in this meeting within Divine Heaven stood atop their own clouds and watched, feeling uncertain about what the Divine Court Lord was planning to do. He had always been an imposing, stoic man, but right now…

Right now, there was a terrifying calmness about him.

Law Empyrean reached the centre of this world of shining light, adorned by 24 clouds; 23 silver and one gold. Each of these clouds were mysterious treasures, but Infinite Gold Cloud was a true Divine Treasure, and it was far from an ordinary Divine Treasure.

In fact, nobody aside from Law Empyrean truly understood the terrifying power of this cloud. This was something that he had hidden from the world. Even the Primordial Sage did not know anything about Infinite Gold Cloud aside from its ability to support Divine Heaven, the micro-realm said to be the world's most impenetrable fortress.

Law Empyrean reached the centre of Divine Heaven. He turned around and pointed at the golden cloud, then to the shock of the nine onlookers, the Infinite Gold Cloud, the throne which had never once moved for as long as they could remember, drifted across Divine Heaven, until it completely shrouded Law Empyrean within!

Law Empyrean could no longer be seen, but what could be seen, was a strange golden rune emanating an archaic light beneath his feet. The rune shone with a blindingly bright light, until finally, Law Empyrean spoke.

"I hereby declare the enforcement of the 1st Divine Law - Divine Assembly."

Soundlessly, 23 beams of golden light shot out from the Infinite Gold Cloud, stabbing into the 23 silver clouds which had formed a circle around it. The nine divinities standing on their silver clouds felt shocked, but moments later, their shock only grew deeper.

There were 24 clouds in Divine Heaven, because there were 24 living members of the Divine Court. Right now, including Law Empyrean, 10 were present…

With 14 flashes of silver light, the nine divinities aside from Law Empyrean all blinked, then stared blankly at the other 14 clouds, previously vacant, but now with the remaining members of the Divine Court stood atop them!

Nobody said a word. There were those who were already present, those who had been elsewhere. Some had been nearby in the Divine Star System, others were across the Qi Plane just moments ago…and three of the individuals had been on the Blood Plane until just now!

In an instant, every single divinity in the Divine Court was forcefully brought into Divine Heaven!

Silence enveloped the space. As all gazes landed upon Law Empyrean's obscured figure within the Infinite Gold Cloud, a sense of fear towards the unknown arose within their hearts.

Law Empyrean broke the silence once again.

"I hereby declare the enforcement of the 6th Divine Law - Divine Removal of the Four Divine Star System. "

A gold light flashed throughout Divine Heaven, before all returned to normal. When the 23 divinities, still in a state of shock and fear, looked towards Law Empyrean, they didn't know what to say. 

Law Empyrean sat atop Infinite Gold Cloud, which had returned to its original position. His expression was calm, and he looked across the crowd of mixed gazes indifferently.

"The destruction of the Eternal Prison was no coincidence, nor is the current assault by the lawless demons against our Divine Star System. This is a scheme of the Primordial Sage, a scheme that has been made possible due to recent events. However…the Primordial Sage's target is not the Divine Court, nor the Divine Star System. Her target is the Four Divine Star System. Regardless, the demons attacking our Divine Star System cannot be allowed to run rampant - we will take this chance to annihilate them all."

As everyone processed the Divine Court Lord's words, and they recalled what he had said previously, a few people started to realise what was happening, and what the Divine Court Lord had just done. They didn't want to voice their doubts however…Law Empyrean was too powerful, and honestly…they didn't want to believe that he would do something like this.

"Master!" Justice Deity leapt to her feet, jumped down from her silver cloud, then stormed up to Law Empyrean without a trace of fear. She stopped just a couple dozen feet away from him, staring up at him with her golden-cross eyes.

Her expression was stern and furious, but her eyes were pouring with tears.

"Master, what did you do?! What…did you do to the Four Divine Star System?!"

Law Empyrean stared down at Justice Deity with his piercing gaze, showing no emotion in response to his disciple's outburst.

"The Divine Court is the strongest organisation throughout the world, but we cannot defeat both the demons in the Divine Star System, and the demons in the Four Divine Star System. The Divine Star System is our homeland, it cannot be allowed to fall. In our home territory, we also have a great advantage against all outside invaders. Justice, this is the only way to defend our law."

"Master…" Justice spoke slowly, grinding her teeth as she once again asked:

"What did you do?"

"The 6th Divine Law has been enforced, self-destructing every life-planet throughout the Four Divine Star System which exists as a vassal of the Divine Court. In total, that is around one half of the star system's life-planets. Since we cannot defend the Four Divine Star System from the lawless demons, it is better to destroy the target of their greed. Unfortunately, we must abandon the Four Divine Star System - but at least we can use this opportunity to rid the world of the heinous demons who dare disgrace our law."

Justice's Deity's eyes widened, and her tears continued to flow. 

In response to her master's cruel actions…in response to her master's heartless words…

All she could do was cry.

The Primordial Sage acted the very moment that the Divine Stairway was destroyed. The destruction of the Divine Stairway was a huge blow to the Heavenly Dao - which was already in dire straights following Yaan's destruction of the karmic river and its dao of karma.

Travelling between World Planes had always been a difficult matter, even for divinities, but there were times when the boundaries between World Planes weakened. Right now, the boundaries were weaker than ever before, and thanks to the chaos in the Divine Star System, the Primordial Sage could act without worrying about others interfering with her actions.

Yaan and the Primordial Sage stepped out from a portal, arriving in the vicinity of Yushu Planet. According to the Sage, aside from the Divine Star System where the Divine Stairway had been destroyed, this was the location on the Qi Plane with the weakest spatial restrictions right now, allowing them to enter the Qi Plane quickly and smoothly.

Of course, they were far from the only ones.

Yaan looked around as portal after portal appeared. Countless powerful beings poured out from the portals, having received the Primordial Sage's commands and fully understanding the mission.

Thousands of immortals.

Hundreds of Transcendents.

15 divinities.

As their army fully emerged, many from this very star system, others from across the Qi Plane and some from the Blood Plane, they all turned to face Yaan and the Sage with a mixture of expressions. 

However, without fail, every single person present showed looks of fear and respect. And they weren't just looking at the Primordial Sage…

Their respect, their fear, and their caution, was also directed towards Yaan - The World Demon.
