While there were no changes in the skill and magic columns, Aiden's proficiency in strength, his specialty, finally broke through to SS level, and his magic awakened.

Though Aiden had anticipated that his strength ability value might surpass the S-rank limit, he was still taken aback by Hestia's sudden high-pitched reaction.

Aiden couldn't help but let a small smile curl at the corners of his lips, pretending as if he didn't know anything, and asked, "What's wrong, Hestia?"

Instead of an immediate response, Hestia held the paper documenting the updated ability values in her hands. She then stood up from the sofa, leaped in front of Aiden in a single bound, and finally turned around, staring at him with her big round eyes without saying a word.

As Hestia continued to gaze at him, getting closer and closer with her adorable face and her extremely illogical oversized front armor, Aiden suddenly felt his cheeks warming up, and he quickly took a step back.

"Hehe, looks like Aiden-kun is feeling shy~" Hestia chuckled.

"N-No, it's just that you got too close, and it's hot." Aiden's explanation sounded feeble.

Knowing full well his excuse was flimsy at best, Aiden quickly changed the subject. "So, why aren't you saying anything and just staring at me? It's not like I've grown flowers on my face."

"I'm just checking if you're really human." Hestia's smile remained.

"What do you mean?" Aiden asked irritably, while inwardly musing, Did his strength break through to SSS level? Is that why Hestia was surprised?

"See for yourself." Hestia handed him the paper documenting his ability values.

"Eh? Magic increased? What's going on?" The breakthrough in strength was expected, completely within Aiden's anticipation.

However, upon seeing this data that would leave most adventurers incredulous, Aiden's lips couldn't help but twitch.

It wasn't because it broke through to SS level, but because of the proficiency level for strength. He couldn't help but sarcastically mutter in his mind: What's with this proficiency level for strength? 1111, is it wishing him a lifetime of being single? Or a happy Singles' Day? We're even in another world, yet he can't escape this shadow? And what's with this magic? Is it not just a one-time thing?

Although at that time Aiden could clearly sense and control a certain ice-blue energy, unleashing such astonishing power with the help of ice-blue energy.

But on the way back, eager to use his inherited magnetic back, Aiden attempted to sense and control the physical power by trying to absorb Durandal onto his back, yet he couldn't sense the presence of magical power within him at all.

Aiden could only assume that the awakening of his magical power, like the signs of awakening the Sparda power when granting Falna, was also just a fleeting moment.

Never did he expect it to truly awaken, but for some reason, he couldn't perceive its existence.

Aiden didn't get up, just directed his gaze at Hestia. "What's the deal with this proficiency level for strength and magic? I can't sense the magical power either, and the magic column is still empty."

After hearing Aiden's words, Hestia stared at him again in silence, and only when Aiden couldn't help but want to step back and ask again did she softly speak.

Aiden only knew from the original text that Bell's agility had broken through to SS, but he didn't understand the specific proficiency level, hence his sarcasm about the proficiency level of 1111.

"It's also my first time knowing that humans can improve their magic ability values when they don't have magic." 

"And it's my first time seeing someone's ability values surpass the S-rank limit." 

"Do you have elven blood?" Hestia stared at Aiden's ears for a while. "But it doesn't seem like it."

As mentioned earlier, humans are not among the innate magical races in this world, which is why Hestia found it odd. After all, there are no demons in this world, let alone Cambion.

Finally giving up on getting answers from Aiden, Hestia sat back on the sofa, muttering softly, then fell into contemplation.

For a moment, the entire living room fell into a brief silence.

Hestia patted Aiden's back, somewhat excitedly. "I know what's going on, Aiden-kun."

Not dwelling on the numerical values of strength anymore, Aiden, who was focusing on sensing his own magic power, asked, "What do you know?"

"Aiden-kun, your ability values exceed all adventurers under this rule for over a millennium."

"Which means I've achieved an unprecedented feat?" Aiden asked with a smile.

"The levels of the five basic ability values have remained unchanged since the gods began their descent a thousand years ago, based on observing changes in adventurers' ability values over several generations, and through extensive analysis and validation."

"From the lowest grade of I to the highest grade of S, the proficiency limit has never changed. Although not many adventurers in each generation can train their ability values to S, there are always a few geniuses."

"But even the most talented adventurers couldn't surpass the S-rank limit."

"In the past, the highest level adventurers could achieve was S-rank. Their talent and physical limits were capped at S-rank."

"And for you, Aiden-kun, to surpass this limit, it can only mean that the limit of ability values is not just S-rank. Your talent and potential exceed all adventurers for over a millennium, and it's highly unlikely that another Aiden-kun will appear in the future."

"Unprecedented and unparalleled? Hestia, should defeating the infant dragon's great feat allow me to level up?" Aiden turned his head slightly, asking with a smile. While inwardly musing, Unprecedented, huh? Sounds pretty good. But unparalleled is impossible. Bell is another person who can break limits. For now, leveling up is more important. What skills will appear?

Updating basic ability values and leveling up, or extracting the experience brought by the great feat, are two completely different concepts.
