Chapter 246 The Stranger
The weather was clear, the sunlight shining on the azure sea, stirring up small waves with the slightly salty sea breeze.
Several yachts patrolled the open waters, with people occasionally peering around.

"That guy must have been eaten by the monster."
A tall young man complained.
"We all told him there were monsters on the island, but he just wouldn't believe us. Now what?"

Mira turned her head and glared angrily.
"Think about it, he saved your life after all!"
The young man opened his mouth but said nothing after hearing Mira's words.
He had to admit he was jealous of Mira's concern for the stranger, but equally, just as Mira had said,
the guy had saved his own life.
"Look, what is that?"
Right then, someone on the boat shouted loudly.
Startled, everyone rushed to the railing, white fins were rapidly approaching from afar on the sea surface.
Their distinctive shape instinctively brought to mind a type of ferocious marine creature.
