Who needs hand seals

After class ended Iruka found Naruto outside of the academy.

"Let's go and get something to eat before we start your training. Since we haven't seen each other in quite some time, I will treat you to some ramen." The moment, the teacher mentioned ramen, Naruto's eyes instantly lit up with excitement. He hadn't eaten ramen in a long time since both Mavis and Zeref were unable to cook it for him.

"Ramen? Oh, yes, please!" At first, the blonde wanted to get done with this as soon as possible, but he couldn't say no to some free ramen now could he.

On the way to Ichirakus Ramen, Iruka was telling him about what has happened during his absence. Unfortunately, it went in one ear and left out of the other, since Naruto was salivating and thinking how much he missed eating the food of gods.

"Ten bowls of miso ramen with extra pork!" Naruto screamed out the moment they entered the food stand. Iruka hearing this realized how big of a hole he dug himself when he promised to pay for the food.

"Naruto, you haven't visited us is quite some time. I was beginning to think you no longer like our food." Ayame, the brown-haired waitress greeted him with a smile when she saw him.

"What are you talking about Ayame. Ramen is the food of gods, and you make the best one ever." Naruto beamed her a smile.

"The first ramen is on the house," Teuchi the chef and owner of Ichiraku Ramen told Naruto while serving him his first bowl.

"Ah man, you are the best! When I gather some money in the future, I promise to invest in you so you can make this place even bigger." The Uzumaki declared to the kind chef, surprising everyone there.

"You will first have to graduate to be able to gather enough money to do so," Iruka told the blonde, who wasn't paying attention to him since he was already eating his ramen.

Despite Iruka ordering only one bowl, they finished eating at about the same time. They got up and said their goodbyes to the kind father and daughter.

"Make sure to visit us soon!" Ayame waved them goodbye.

"You bet ya!" Naruto beamed her a toothy smile.

Iruka led the Uzumaki to training grounds eleven. When the teacher spoke with the Hokage, the latter informed him that no one would be using it that day.

"Now, before we can start with the training, why don't you show me your Transformation Jutsu first," Iruka said to Naruto. The blonde did the necessary hand seals, and with a puff of smoke, he transformed into the Hokage.

"Very good Naruto. The hand seals were sloppy and not that fast, but this could be improved with some practice. The only other thing that could be improved with that Jutsu would be to reduce the number of hand seals needed for it. Again with some practice, I believe you would be able to achieve that." Hearing him, realization stuck Naruto. He had already gotten used to not using any hand seals while using his Magic from his training with Zeref, so he decided to test it out and see what he can do.

"Give me a moment Iruka, okay?" The Uzumaki told his teacher and started doing the Jutsu a few times while transforming into various people he met throughout the day. Iruka was surprised at how good his transformations looked and patiently watched him.

After doing it for a few minutes, Naruto was successful in doing the Jutsu with only two hand seals, greatly surprising Iruka again. A few more minutes and he was able to reduce it to only one hand seal, causing the teacher to stare at him slack-jawed.

"Amazing Naruto! You are a natural when using the Transformation Jutsu. You are better than most Gennins at using it!" Iruka praised the boy.

"I believe it would be better to work on your Clone Jutsu since you are already so good at using this one." The teacher told the blonde.

"Thank you, teacher, but could you give me a few more minutes. I think I could do better." The Uzumaki told Iruka who nodded to confirm. A few more minutes of training could be a lifesaver in their job.

Naruto continued doing the Jutsu with only one hand seal for a few more minutes, carefully observing how his Chakra moved while doing it. After a dozen more tries, he felt confident enough and turned towards Iruka. The Uzumaki put his hands in his pockets and looked at Iruka with a big grin on his face. The next moment, he transformed into his teacher with a puff of smoke.

'What just happened.' Iruka was straight up bewildered at what he saw. An academy student managed to use Jutsu with no hand seals at all. This was something that he had never seen in his teaching career. To top it all of, the one that did this amazing feat was the dead last of his class.

"How did I do teacher?" After reverting back, the Uzumaki asked Iruka.

"That was amazing Naruto! How did you manage to do it?" The teacher asked the blonde.

"I observed how the Chakra was moving inside my body while doing and replicated without the hand seals. It wasn't that hard." Naruto answered him with a smile.

'Not that hard? Even I can't do what you just now did.' Iruka wanted to scream at his student, but decided against it and kept it for himself. For a moment he thought that someone has replaced Naruto since he had never shown such skill before. He shook his head and showed the Uzumaki a smile, proud at how talented his student is.

"I knew you had it in you Naruto! Now we just have to work on your Clone Jutsu, and you should be able to pass the graduation exam, without a problem." Iruka told his student and waited for him to go through the hand seals.

"What's wrong?" The teacher asked the blonde, after seeing him just stare at the ground without doing the Jutsu.

"Would you mind showing me the hand seals for it," Naruto asked sheepishly while scratching his head. He was able to remember the hand seals for the Transformation Jutsu since he even managed to create his own variation, but he had no memory of hand seals for the dreadful Clone Jutsu.

'Why am I not surprised.' Iruka lamented and showed Naruto the Jutsu.

Should I keep the teams how they are in the show or switch it up? I have few ideas in mind with pretty much all the characters but I'm not sure which route to go.
