Strong fingers clasped his nape and around his neck. It pulled Dreygo up in the air, his legs hung loosely above ground. Dreygo could feel his blood had flowed out of his body at a deadly rate.

Dreygo was raised with only one hand by his opponent and the former’s back was facing the latter. Regar lifted Dreygo to face the demon army, waving it for every demon to see.

“Is this the strongest Harbinger?” Regar laughed.

Dreygo could hear Elaine’s cries and his comrades had the urge to help. But this was his fight, he should show that he was winning so as to place them at ease. He felt Regar’s blade pressed against his open wound. He felt it digging slowly through his skin, the tip of its blade scraping his spine. Now, he screamed in pain. He collected every strength he had to ease the pain, to fight it not for him to faint.
