The commotion at the annex definitely reached the king's ears.
"Demon wolves in my palace?" He questioned and the reporting guard nodded. "I knew we should've gotten rid of that annex sooner. Anyway, I trust my guards were competent enough to get rid of them all."
"That… your majesty, all the demon wolves were already dead before the guards arrived." He mentioned, confusing the king.
"What? Then who got rid of them? Surely, one guard isn't capable of killing them all." He remarked.
"That's… "
"So this is what the inside of the palace looks like." Remarked Justin, who just walked in with a slightly worried Charles.
A person is meant to show respect in the presence of the king but he was acting like he just walked into a mall of amusement park.
"Who's this?" The King asked seeing him rudely walk in.
"Your majesty." Charles bowed.
"Master," Attica called. "Bow."
