Just like how Wade had recalled the information about the Dawn family, many of the people in the dining hall had also understood that this small fight had now gained quite a big traction to it.

Now, this had become an enmity between the Dawn wolf community and Xavier, and the only way to solve this problem was only if Xavier was crippled as the guy had said.

Even Alfred who had been trying to stand up for Xavier started to sweat because of the situation, one could even see his hand trembling because of the situation.

But nobody taught that he was a coward as anyone who was in his situation would be in the same situation, Wade even admired him because even after hearing the origin of those guys he was still standing between them and Xavier, if it was him he would have already set aside himself to let them take Xavier away.

While everyone was waiting in silence for Alfred's next move they saw him take a deep breath before he said, "I am really sorry, but I still can't let you do anything to him"

Suddenly, everyone in the hall felt as if they were under the afternoon sun as they started to feel really hot, all the spectators started to look towards the Perry brothers.

The elder of them could be seen to suddenly be glowing slightly and it was like a fire was burning all over his fur but without causing it to burn.

They understood where the heat had come from but nobody had any complaints instead, they were even more eager to see what other changes could be seen on the wolf.

One had to know that even though it may seem like becoming a Warlock is easy, and even if not many were willing to enter it didn't mean that the population of the warlocks was low.

But there was a separate academy known as the Ancestral research where most of the Warlocks entered for their study's instead of Black or any other magic academy.

Also, most of the Warlocks were what you would call as prideful beings, they always felt that their way was the right way because it would not only increase their overall strength compared to normal Sages who would later face various bottlenecks.

So, most of these Warlocks would either be in their community or in the academy's and hardly come out. So, finding two warlocks right in front of them was really fascinating to most apprentices.

They had read, as the warlocks had magical beast bloodlines they had more affinity to the elements than their counterpart and as such it was much easier for them on various occasions to learn spells and launch them.

Now, that they were given a chance to get a live broadcast of such a situation why wouldn't they be happy, one had to know that anybody who was able to reach the third rank of apprentice would be called a small scientist.

As such all these scientists that were gathered here, we're likely given a chance to see a live specimen in action of which they had only read in books, so obviously they were happy.

While everyone was almost ready to watch a blockbuster action show a man draped with black robe could be seen entering the dining hall, as soon as he entered everyone's attention was directed towards him as he was giving out the waves they were familiar with, he was a Sage.

As soon as he entered the whole hall had their head tun towards him and even the Perry siblings were watching him while turning his flame down.

The Sage without mixing everyone's gaze went towards Alfred first and without even mixing him crouched down to check up on Xavier who was still in an unconscious state behind him.

After staying like that for two minutes and giving some kind of potion to Xavier forcefully as he was unconscious the Sage stood up and his gaze was fixed on the elder Perry sibling.

While everyone else was thinking who the guy was Wade already knew that it was Xavier and Alfred's mentor Jake, it seemed like while nobody was paying attention Alfred had already informed his mentor about the current situation.

"What is the name of your brother's child?" Jake asked.

"I am Paul Perry and the one who was beaten up is my cousin Mark Perry, Mister Sage" Paul replied.

In this way not only had Paul shown respect to Jake but he had also directed him towards who was right and wrong. Even if he was right in the matter the one standing in front of him was a Sage.

Even if he knew that the Sage would not risk hurting him to get the on the bad side of the Perry family, it was better safe then sorry. This showed how well Paul handled this matter and also showed how good his intelligence was to be able to think such quickly in this situation.

"I know that my idiot son was wrong in this matter, so could your Perry family leave the punishment that he should be given into my hands, take it as me owing to the Perry family a favour," Jake said

This answer gave everyone an even deeper understanding as to why a might Sage has himself come to stop a fight between two apprentices.

It was because one of them was his son, it has to be known that as once becomes a Sage their chances of conceiving a child becomes low.

This is not because their fertility decrease instead its the opposite, as they advance one could say that they become a higher-level life form.

So, as a shark would not be able to mate with a common fish, similarly a Sage would find it hard to be able to have a child with a normal human.
