After the man entered the badge a lot of red hands started to sprout out of the void and curled around Xavier as they protected him from the front, and some hands were sent forward, it tripped the golden-haired guy down to the ground.

The hands continued to grab every part of his body, and the guy was soon bought under control by those hands

"Magic Artifact!" The surrounding apprentices cried in surprise.

"To be able to get a Magic Artifact, one must at least be a Rank 4 Apprentice! And still need a backing, who is this Xavier "

The crowd clamoured, and they looked at Xavier with gazes of respect. This only caused the golden-haired guy's face to redden even further.

"How is this? As long as you swear to obey me while on this trip, I will release you!" Xavier walked to where he guy was held

"Ne...Never! The pride of Wolf Family will never be dishonoured by my hands!" the guy veins popped, as if they were going to bleed anytime.

"If it's like this, then I have no choice!" Xavier shrugged his shoulders and the hands started to apply pressure, and few cracking noises even came from within. It seemed like a few of the guys bones had been broken.

The surrounding apprentices could not watch on any longer and were about to persuade Xavier, as if he went too far even they would be implicated.

Bang !!! Right at this moment, a golden silhouette came behind Xavier and a very menacing claw was swiped towards his back.

Nobody had seen this coming, so nobody could react in time to warn Xavier, they could only watch as the claws hit him right at the centre of his back.

But just as the claws we're about to hit a simple protection layer was formed over his robes, this was one of the features of the robes given to the Black academy students, in the hope that they would be given some protection from sneak attacks.

But the protection layer like a piece of paper couldn't hold the claws even for half a second and they still hit their target.

Xavier, who had been having fun till now torturing his opponent suddenly felt a huge force come from behind and hit him right on the centre of his backbone, then like a ragged do he flew from where he was standing and went flying before he finally stopped after hitting the sidewall before sliding down from it.

All this took some time to describe, but it only took less than a second for all this to happen, only Wade who had Abby was able to detect and know what exactly happened.

From what he understood, the guy who had been defeated by Xavier was probably a troublemaker, as such as soon as the fight started his friend had probably gone to inform someone who could get him under control.

But when he returned he found out rather than Xavier it was his friend who was in a sorry state, and the one he brought was probably the golden-haired guy's brother or relative as they had the same looks and transformation.

When the big brother saw that his little one was getting bullied by Xavier, he without any hesitation attacked him and that also was a very good sneak attack.

From the previous little brother, Wade could tell that he was someone who had just entered the 3rd Rank, while his big brother was already in the 4th Rank at least.

"Abby bring forth his data, also cross-check from the stored data which creatures gene transformation has he chosen" Wade ordered

As soon as the information appeared Wade started to look more closely at the two brothers in front of him, from the looks of things there was no bloodlust shown by the elder brother even though his younger brother was hurt, rather it was pure anger.

Also, when one looked closely one could see that all the hairs on their body not only contained the brightness but some kind of fire in them, after seeing all this Wade cane to the conclusion that these two brothers were Bloodline Sages or also commonly known as Warlock.

There were various methods through which one could become a Sage, and these different methods led to various form of Sages to be born in their long years of existence, but through the years that went by most of these paths have either been lost or stopped because of their nature.

One of the commonly known ones are the first elemental Sages, these Sages change their very body and turn it into an element causing them to have a devastating attack power but this causes them to not be able to master too many of other elemental spells as they can only contain some of this elemental mana for the spells.

Then comes the Sorcerer branch of the Sages, these Sages mostly try to dab into the modification and enhancements side of the Sages strength, they might even change their various body parts such as heart liver or even brain to make themselves strong.

And finally comes the bloodline Sages or Warlocks
