Lucifer Acts and Future Prophecy

While Adrian and his group got to making a camp they were not attacked again by more manticores. Adrian felt that was extremely odd as he knew that the male had never shown himself.

Why would such a powerful creature not care when its mates were dead? It was possible it just did not care as it had more females or it was lazy. Any number of reasons would make such a beast not take action.

From what Lathia had told them, the male was most definitely at the Satan class which was out of the scope of his power. That was why Adrian was avoiding that to mess with it more. He decided to just leave that to chance as they had a lot of work to do despite him using his Abyss Demons and his creatures to speed up the work.

It was mostly cutting down trees and using the lumber to start making a perimeter. The good thing was that Maxaura, and most of the able bodies dragons would help on the outer walls. As such, the work was going well as everyone was pitching in.

Now that they had a small camp Adrian wanted to bring out a part of his army to pitch in. Once all of them were released he knew that he would have a decent force on hand. Of course, they needed more time to grow in power, but it would be a start.

All the while Amara continued to sleep as if she was a statue. He looked up from the giant tree he was carrying on his shoulder toward the large pile of trees they were using as walls.

He looked at Scorn and Devastator who were trying hard to not sleep. They wanted to be alert for any threat that could interrupt the evolution of their mother. Adrian knew whatever she was going through was bigger than he thought.

"Scorn, Devastator, you two need rest. I can feel your lethargy you know?"

Both dragons were still at her side and had laid their heads down. Adrian could see both of their eyes were opening and closing like they were desperate for sleep, but would not allow Amara to go unguarded.

Both dragons forced themselves to stand on 4 legs, but they looked close to collapsing. Adapting to the power of this world was hard on both of them more than the others so Adrian walked up to them.

He reached out and pet both of their snouts as he could feel the strain they were going through. It was like their minds were adapting to this world so he ordered them.

"Sleep now. You need it."

He could see both of them did as he said and curled perfectly around Amara like living shields. He smiled at how much they loved cared for her like she was their mother. Once they were asleep he picked up his tree again.

He threw the giant tree up the large pile and wiped his forehead. He was currently not wearing his armor and was shirtless. It was a good way to show off the perfection that was his body after all.

At the moment he was more focused on working so he did not notice he had a secret admirer. Lathia was looking at Adrian as she used her demonic power to lift up the trees with telekinesis. She was helping on her own and her magic was making this job much easier. As long as she could imagine it, she could theoretically do it.

As she looked at Adrian, Seraphine gently pulled on her long blue hair. Lathia held her hair as she formed at Seraphine.

"What was that for?"

She looked at Seraphine who cut down another tree with one of her swords. The Undead woman turned to look at her with a smirk.

"I can see the big lug caught your eyes. Is it the muscles, the tattoos, the scars, or just his face?"

Lathia was about to answer, but the booming voice of August distracted her.

"Captain, catch."

August picked up a giant tree before he tossed it to Adrian who caught it and threw it on the pile. They continued to do this and as August was also shirtless it was easy to see the family's resemblance.

They looked very similar only that Adrian had a beard and August did not. They both had black hair, similar eyes and their facial structure was similar. Only that Adrian was bigger and taller.

Seraphine nudged her with her shoulder with a funny smirk.

"Tell me, what did you like about my Adrian?"

Lathia knew Seraphine was not about to let her go without telling her. She covered her face as she was kind of red.

"His muscles. I got a small thing for muscles."

Seraphine broke out laughing and gently hit her on the back.

"You should work out then. You are so soft. Grow some muscles of your own."

Lathis rubbed her sore back as she was not a warrior at all. She had not worked out a day in her life as she had trained extensively in her magic and bloodline ability. Seraphine just smiled, but Priscilla smacked the back of her head with her tail.

"Ow."

She turned around to look up at Priscilla who frowned at her.

"Stop bullying her, you corpse."

Seraphine frowned as she looked up at her giant friend.

"I am not bullying her, I am just messing around with her."

Priscilla crossed her arms as she looked at her.

"Yeah right. Work harder, less chit-chat. Maxaura, can you come with me?"

The big manticore rose to her feet and followed behind her. Priscilla wanted to go check up on the other sites where the rest of their group was hard at work.

Seraphine rubbed the back of her head and got back to work.

"It's better we stop getting distracted. She can be so fussy."

Lathia nodded.

"Fine."

As they got back to it Adrian found it fun. He felt at peace honestly as nature was always a great place to be in. He had no intention of allowing all of his 'empire' to destroy all of the environment.

While their camp continued to grow the Devils were in an uproar. At the capital city of the devils Lucifaad, they were exploring all of their areas of influence to look for Amara. If such a new dragon was around they wanted to be the first to subdue it.

A dragon that large and a newly formed one would probably be a match for the Heavenly Dragons one day. They had no idea about it so they were on height alert for when she would show up again.

In the throne room, many powerful devils were kneeling in front of the giant throne where the First Lucifer was sitting. He had silver hair just like his descendants and he looked like a man in his early 30s.

He had a large beard and sharp eyes making each devil submit to the pressure emitted by him. His mere aura was oppressive and every devil in the room was avoiding looking him in the eyes.

Even him just sitting on that throne let them know of his power keeping them in line. His head rested on his knuckle as he looked at his subjects with noticeable anger in his eyes. He found them all incompetent that they still did not know anything he wanted.

"Can someone explain to me why this Dragon has not been found? Might I remind you what happened the last time the two Heavenly Dragons fought?"

The kneeling general in front of him shook his head. It was easy to see that he was a powerful being at the Ultimate Class, but that was nothing to the first Lucifer.

"No my lord."

Lucifer nodded and said it anyway.

"No I do not, we lost millions in the carnage that followed by the catfight of those two bitches. Not only that I am told that a new dragon possibly comparable to those two is on the loose. My displeasure is clear to see General. What is known?"

A soldier walked toward the throne with the report of what they knew on hand.

"It is not much my lord, only that some of our soldiers felt the mana drain and went toward it. By the time they arrived all they found was the footprint. We believe at full size of the dragon is around 100 meters at least."

Hearing that made all of the ministers and nobles who were around break out into a commotion. Hearing their complaints and whines annoyed him so Lucifer raised his hand and blasted one into dust.

"You voices annoy me. Only speak when spoken to. Now, can someone tell me why such a gigantic beast vanished without a trace? Where is it?"

None of them dared go again to the words of the Devil king and they obeyed. Still, none of them had an answer to his question Lucifer tapped his finger on the armrest of his throne. He rose from the throne and he pointed at all of the devils in the room.

"I want a full sweep. Deploy your armies if you need to. I either want this dragon subdued or killed before it can amass more power. If it is newly born as we believe it will not yet have a special ability like Draig and Albion."

"YES MY LORD!"

All of them rushed out to give the order to deploy their full armies. They did not want a repeat of the previous tragedy caused by the Two Heavenly Dragons fighting. Their fights even now were increasing in magnitude and frequency.

As time went on the stronger they got and the more they fought. As such, they needed to find Amara before she succeeded in evolving as she was growing in power by the second.

Only Adrian knew what was really happening to her and he knew that her evolution would be monstrous. It might take longer than he had envisioned, but he knew that she would become a true threat.

Even the gods with some small divination abilities were already seeing small prophecies of Adrian and Amara. In Greece, the land of the Greek Gods an oracle had given a prophecy of a King of Dragons and Demons.

In her vision, she spoke of the reckoning of the Greek Pantheon at the hand of King of Dragons. He would lead an army of the Dragon Kings, Evil Dragons, and Heavenly Dragons to hunt down several pantheons leaving few survivors.

His army of dragons was supplemented by a vast hoard of Demons that waged war against all those who refused to submit to the King. The Oracle clawed her own eyes out when she laid eyes on the patron god of the King of Dragons.

A terrible being perched upon a mountain of skulls with a rage that never subsided. Her final words were the terrible words that the army of the King yelled as they murdered.

"Skulls for the skull throne, Blood for the blood god. Souls for the Soul Lord."

Nearly every Greek god would be killed and have their skulls offered to the Skull Throne. A terrible mountain of skulls would be made in the heart of the Underworld that would unleash chaos into this world.

The King of Dragons was the herald and his army would conquer this world in time. From what the Oracle managed to get out was that this world had only a few centuries before chaos arrived.

Even worse was that she did not even know who or what Adrian was as he never showed up in her vision. All they saw was a towering shadowy figure leading his army at the front.

A grand meeting was taking place in Olympus as Zeus wanted to stop Adrian before he brought Khorne to this world. As such he had deployed his forces to begin to search for hidden dragons.

At this time some of them were dead, but others were still alive. He wanted to keep an eye on them before they were recruited by the so-called King of Dragons.

It was a good call on his part as Adrian planned to recruit all of the Evil Dragons and revive them. Each one of them was powerful and worth the effort, but he also had to find the current hosts of Draig and Albion.

He had to get the souls of both of them to free them which should not be too hard. After all, he was an expert at controlling souls.
