Children's Hope Orphanage.

A voice of an old woman. She starts narrating a story,

"Long long ago, there was a prince of a kingdom. He was very kind hearted, even all the people of the kingdom thought that he would become the next king. One day a plague called 'The White Death' occurred in the whole kingdom. Many lives were lost. The royal alchemist and wizard told the king that it can only be cured with the medicine made from the tears of the white dragon, 'Hima'. The king became very worried, since the white dragon resides deep in the 'Forest of Mysteries'. No one volunteered to go to her. But the kind prince said that he will go and bring the tears of Hima. The king protested but he left the castle without anyone being able to stop him.

Soon he reached the 'Forest of Mysteries' in the north of the kingdom. Without thinking he rushes inside the forest killing the monsters in his sight. At last the prince covered in blood reached the deepest part of the forest, where the white dragon 'Hima' resides. He confronts her, "Oh! Great white dragon 'Hima', for the sake of my kingdom and it's people, can you give me your tears?"

She says furiously, "You imbecile, do you know what you have done! You...you killed my children and destroyed my forest! I curse you that you will die in the most painful way possible!" . The prince realised that he have to kill her in order to get the tears and save his people. A long battle occurred between them. At last the great white dragon was slayed by the prince, Yuvan. He took her tears and rushed to his kingdom. But it was already too late. Everyone died from 'The White Death'. The devastated prince went to his father in the castle who was rotting on the throne. He cried, "God! Why did you do this! I even brought the tears to save everyone! Why! Just why!". A month later a large tsunami came and covered the kingdom in it's eternal depth. However the prince somehow survived the tsunami. He limped to the kingdom ruled by his fiancé's father. But as soon as he entered the kingdom, his fiance broke up with him and told the royal knights to cut his hands and to throw him out of the kingdom. The prince then went to his childhood best friend who was also a wizard. He asked him, "Merlin, why do I have to suffer like this. Both my arms are cut off, one of my legs is broken, my fiancé betrayed me and I even lost my kingdom!". The wizard slowly said, "Dear foolish prince. Do you not even know your sin. You killed all the fairies, dwarvs, elves, dryads and pixies living in the 'Forest of Mysteries' who you deemed as monsters. And at last killed the great white dragon 'Hima' who was protecting these sorrowful souls. The curse she placed on you cannot be dispelled even in eternity. You may have the name of the god but you are the real devil. May you rot in the darkest depths of hell!"

"No!". The prince cried and cried and at last he died with every suffering a human can have in his lifetime."

She closes the book, 'The Asinine Prince'.

She slowly asks the little boy sitting next to her listening the story, "And it's finished. Did you like it, Yuvan?"

"Yes!" He replied.

"Well how could it be not. You always like to hear this particular story before going to sleep. So now sleep quietly and wake up early okay! Good night."

As she said this, she kissed him on his forehead and put him on his bed.

Soon after, he fell asleep and slept soundly.
