The Punishment

"How dare you break the Angel's code and go to earth without permission?" The Angelking barked.

"I'm sorry father but I was only lured by an enchanting voice that i wanted to check out the source" Reyan replied

"Sorry is not going to wipe away your sin and you will be punished severely. Your reason is not laudable for an excuse" King Hira said

"Pls forgive me your grace,spare me this last time and l will never do it again" Reyan pleads

"You of all people should know the rules,you let me down son. And l the Angelking by authority and justice cannot forgive you. COUNSELOR!"

"Your majesty" responds the grand counselor

"What is the punishment for going to earth without permission?"

"Banishment,your holiness"the grand counselor answered

"And so shall it be! I,King Hira,ruler of the Earths and Heavens,by the power and authority vested in me declare Reyan,the youngest angel prince banished to Earth. You will lose your powers and abilities until you find the most expensive treasure . Find a good home and live!. You let me down son." Hira declared.

Reyan's Pov

And by that King Hira my father waved his hand and I felt like I was leaving my own body. I turned around to see sad and horrified faces around the angel court. Banishment was the worst punishment in Angel realm. I only made one mistake and got banished. Anyone who left the angel realm without being ordained by his holiness is considered to be conspiring with the leader of the fallen angels,Lucif. Lucif was my great great grandfather's favourite archangel but he rose up against him to dethrone him. So he got banished with his accomplices. Earth is not safe. I only went down there because I heard a magnificent voice when I went for a stroll at the lower heavens. And now I'm banished. All I see now is the heavens slowly fading from my eyes. But all I can remember is the magnificent voice.
