Randy opened the door to get out of the car of the car, but he collapsed. As the people saw a man with a gun coming towards the man on the ground, they run and luckily called the police.
Just as Robert was about to shoot the man on the ground, the police arrived at the area and pointed guns to the man. Robert tried to evade by prodding a man out of his car and entered, but the vehicle was mobilized. He immediately jumped out and ran as fast as his legs could carry him. Without knowing he fell to the ground as he tripped on a stone on the roadside.
As he stood to run, bullets followed him as he refused to surrender to the police and shot two police officers down. He tried to run through the labyrinthine corridors as he was hit but a rod by someone and fell to the ground and let the officers handcuff him.
Randy was then rushed to the hospital, and luckily his injuries were not that serious.
Though his injuries were not fatal, the doctor uncharged suggested that he remained at the hospital for two days at least. Randy took his mobile phone called Dennis and gave him all substantial information about the events
Nothing come to him as a surprise after someone tried to finish him off. He felt a sharp pain passing through his spinal cord to his chest.
Still, he had not observed everything that had been happening to him in the last few weeks. Mark could not be a trusted, stubbing him at the back. That was all he could take to realize the kind of a person his friend is.
He was in so much confusion, the thought of being a twit haunted him, and the betrayal by his trusted friend was beyond what he could swallow.
The best way for him was to get to the bottom of everything and take revenge on the people that betrayed him. He disguised himself to proceed with his plans.

Dennis had hardly gone half the miles from his place when he realized a van had been following for a while.
He assumed they were just going the same route, but when he took a route in the opposite direction, he noticed the van was still on his track.
He immediately became alarmed, stepped on the accelerator, and turned left to the murram road heading Milimani Village. The route was deserted, and it would have been so easy for the assassin to get rid of him since there was no soul around. He was scared at speed he was driving, but his adrenaline was still so strong to defend himself.
Chill ran all over his body. The situation was so horrific and not something he could wish for his enemy. Nevertheless, he had to do everything possible to stay alive.
He took a turn to the bushy road and lost sight of the man and then stopped the car and got out. What ran on his mind was to run on foot through the forest and go to the other end of the main road where he could get help. Little did he know his steps would place him in much danger in his life
He immediately got out of the car and ran towards the forest, shielding his head from being hit and injured by the branches on his way. As long as the end of the day will save him, he had to go through the bush without fear of snakes and other poisonous animals in the forest. Even though he paved a way to pass the think bush, his hands and legs did not miss small cuts from the dry sticks hanging on his way.
The guys after him followed suit behind him. They were given orders to eliminate him no matter what. They fired at the guy severally missing their target, and without any warning, it seemed like they hit him when they saw he fell and rolled down the cliff, hitting his head going down.
Without wastage f time, they retreated and got out of the forest." It's done," said Robert on the phone to someone on the other end
"Good," replied the other person, "come over to my place for the payment
"Wait, don't come; I will meet you at our usual place to hand you the cash personally. I don't want to be connected to you in any way, so we better take precautions."
"Alright then see you in a couple of hours," said Robert firmly before hanging up the phone and commanding
"Let's go."
After hitting on several stones going down the cliff, he passed out.
Luck could be said to be on his side.
He woke up and found himself in a strange room and everything was not luxurious but it was beautiful. It could be said it belongs to an average person.
"You are awake finally," said a beautiful voice from a sofa beside his bed
"It took you so many days was almost giving up on you waking up."
"How are you feeling?" continued the lady as she placed her laptop on a table and stood to check on Denis.
"Where am I? Asked Denis curious
"Well, you should at least ask how you are doing first," said the lady
"well, you are in Milimani estate, and you were out for three days."
"My sister and I found you beside the river the other day severely injured."
"Luckily, I am a doctor, so I helped check on you and had been taking care of you since."
"Thank you." Said Denis honestly
"I don't know what would have happened to me without your rescue."
"Well, I think you would have done the same to me if I were in your place anyway," sated the lady as she walked towards the door.
"Let me get you something to eat."
As the door closed behind, Denis sat up and looked around. His body was still painful. He still has not recovered well from the cuts and the injury to his head. As he tried to stand on his feet, he felt a sharp pain in his head and sat back door.
