As soon as Grandpa Bento got everything he considered necessary, Faolán helped him pack everything in the car and the car drove as quickly as possible back to the pack house.
On the way, it was possible to notice that there was no kind of party or celebration there, in the flock. There were more rangers prowling the territory, and as far as Zander could tell, Hannibal was still missing.
The car was parked and Faolán more than quickly loaded all the bags the old man had put away. They climbed the stairs quickly, as Faolán grabbed Grandpa Bento by the coat and in less than two seconds they were on the third floor, opposite the couple's bedroom.
Faolán moved out of the way and made way for the old man to pass. Zander and Catherine, who were beside the bed, walked away.
