Faolán offered his hand for Alanna to take. That moment, which of course only took a few seconds, was as if minutes, hours, made the scene eternal.
Alanna took the time to look at the decor more carefully. The golden balloons hung from the ceiling of the huge hall. She hadn't even realized how big the place was. There were at least five hundred people there and they weren't crowded.
People were very different in the way they dressed. She could see cultural differences, probably because of the origin of each pack. But one thing was for sure, they were all dressed up. Excluding the omegas, of course.
"I introduce you, Alanna Quinn." Faolán said and she noticed how he automatically changed her last name. It was weird not being Doyle anymore (although legally, it still was). But at the same time, it was satisfying. By doing that, he was demonstrating that she was his wife.
