Kathleen's decision

Kathleen who was walking one beautiful morning with Blanca and Rex to swim for a while at the beach and enjoy the sea smell, on her way she met Caleb and he was asking how she had slept and also asked about Dante who she had not seen since yesterday, Caleb explained that he had recently seen him go to the old leaders because they had to talk about several issues, Kath looked at him surprised and asked him

Kath: But... Why didn't he call me? -looking at Caleb in a strange way-

Caleb: even I don't know Kath, but what I do know is that Dante now as leader must be more responsible and maybe that's why the meeting.

Kath just laughed and said that he reminded her of her father in that part since he had been scolded too, after telling Caleb everything they could only laugh. After that he decided to swim for a while and then see if Dante had finished his meeting.

When she didn't see him around she decided to go look for him at the old leaders, as the last time, she saw him there but as soon as she heard his name she decided to hide and listen to why they were calling her name.

Ivan: Dante, you know very well what we think of the young Kathleen, we know that Alex your father was the best not only priest but magician, if he was still alive clearly he would not ask you this.

Dante: I understand what you want to tell me, but you must consult her directly and not me. -confused-

Ivan: Aren't you two a couple, that's why we wanted to talk to you first. -He looks curiously at Dante and then at the rest-.

Dante: no, we are not a couple, it's true that with the werewolves that was said, but the truth is that we are just good friends.

Those words for some reason made Kath uncomfortable but she still doesn't understand why, it's true that at no time has he proposed to her and they made the wolves believe that to protect everyone, but beyond that no.

Without making noise she decides to go back to the horses and go home, while she was thinking about what to do Isthar who sees her at the door, a little relapsed, asks her

Isthar: "Why are you looking so sad, you dreamt about your mother again"?

Kath only sighs and denies her that it is not because of that, yes she had dreamt about her mother, but the reason for such sadness was because of Dante. Kath decides to tell Isthar how she felt and how it made her have more questions than answers. Isthar just listened to her attentively and as if to calm her sadness a little she said

Isthar: "why don't we go see Delilah, maybe she can help us".

Isthar even though she was a dragon, some human emotions she didn't understand very well, either because they were exaggerating it or giving it too much thought. Clearly she and Ra knew that the last rings were a couple's and they knew each other's feelings; but interfering with that was forbidden.

So after calming down and eating she decided to look for Delilah, this very happy Delilah made 2 steps, first she scolded her as a mother and then she hugged her, although the last thing she said made poor Kath even more thoughtful

Delilah: Now that I remember, you said that Sapphire had also been stabbed by Dark One, believe it or not if I were here I would scold her just like you, but my doubt is, how is that possible?

Kath: What, when did I say that? And how do I know at this point?

Delilah: You said that more unconsciously than consciously, I thought you had been told. But as far as I can see you didn't come here for it, what happened little girl?

Kath: -sigh- I don't even know myself, the truth is that I don't know how Dante sees me, if it's as a friend or as a couple.

Dalila: -looks at her and raises an eyebrow- How do you see him, little girl?

Kath: well ..... -she blushes a little and says- as a couple.

Dalila: well my little one then you should talk to him and tell him about your feelings, that thing that worries you is called love and that's why you feel confused and doubtful; but you are wrong to ask yourself over and over again, you should be transparent in this love issue and be honest first with yourself and then talk to him.

She knew that these words more than encouragement were a push to stop the nonsense and face the subject and talk about it calmly with Dante, clearly this caused more than strangeness to Delilah because if Kath would notice how Dante sees her, she wouldn't even wonder about it.

Kath was now more confident and agreed to write him a message with a time and place to talk calmly and be honest with him and herself.
