…
Outside of "reality," things were taking place. The white of nothingness came and was dyed black.
A single drop of darkness took form, hungering through the formlessness of nothing. As if it had its own gravity, darkness swirled around it in a massive accretion disk that pulsated and wriggled.
Suddenly, the dark mass stopped. It was an interesting stop, as it didn't stop of its own accord, but something was pulling it in.
The emptiness of nothing held no gravity, time, or concepts. Even the largest of concepts, like death, was child's play to what lies in wait in eternal nothingness.
Yet, something was pulling it; it wasn't a hard pull, similar to the star Sol pulling on a supergiant of its kind.
The effect of it on nothingness was strong; not only was it being pulled, but something was being pulled impossibly fast towards it.
And that's when it happened: black met red in the immaterialized, both splashing against one another and trying to wiggle their way into devouring the other.
Despite the obvious power gap, the red mass endured the blacks's relentless hunger.
Just like a star, when both collided, it sent both of them in a random direction as they formed together into one.
Faster and faster they traveled until they hit something. A shatter of "glass" sounded out as multiple beings' twisted amalgamations of desires and wants materialized upon hearing the sound.
The red and black blob shot through the hole it made as if the impact it had didn't exist. Behind it, many twisted creatures flew forward.
Their blackened bodies created an ungodly mass of tendrils and flesh as they tried to push into the self-repairing hole.
A few made it in; however, the ones that didn't were left banging on the glass outside, unable to truly get into the domain of the creator god they had tried to slip past.
The ever-fighting blob of red and black hit many things on their way to their destination, but seeing that they were going nowhere in their endeavors, they decided to find a third that would sort out their differences.
One unlucky human was the unfortunate (very fortunate!) target. His soul was so small compared to the two contesting giants that it didn't merge with them but instead sank into them.
The two fighting forces found something was off. The soul that had to be their tiebreaker was... absorbing them. That's not possible; it was wrong. WRONG!
|<STOP THIS FOOLISHNESS! YOU CAN NOT BREAK THROUGH YOUR HUMAN CONSTRAINTS!>|
|<WE ARE ABOVE YOU, WE BEYOND GOD, WERE THERE BEFORE TIME ITSELF! ALWAYS SEARCHING, WILL NOT BE SUBDUED BY SOME FRESH BORN SPAWN!>|
The sound of glass shattering over and over rang out. The ones born before time met their unbeatable counter, so conceited in their petty squabbles, that they failed to see the mortal growing past its coil before it was too late.
Now fully absorbing both red and black in a chaotic symphony of order and chaos, the darkness of the blob formed an egg-like shell as it began crash-landing on a planet.
The blue sky of the planet turned red and flashed black, and malevolent auras spread across the planet.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
The natives, unable to do anything but pray to their pitiful gods and tell falsehoods, were unable to understand what had happened.
Before crashing into the ground, the mass quickly changed course and zipped across the landscape at light speed. Finally resting itself in a cave, the egg it created for itself floated in the air.
A malevolent darkness set in as the egg stayed floating before finally, softly, resting on the ground.
And there it would lie, undiscovered for an unknown period of time.

[Choosing Start Difficulty.]
[Easy:] Enemies find it near-impossible to ignore your influence; they would rather worship you than fight you. Your enemies will see Mount Tai and kneel before your greatness without having to destroy their clan.]
[Medium]: Enemies find it hard to ignore your presence. They kneel at your feet, unable to comprehend your true identity without going insane or dying.]
[Hard]: Enemies find your presence disgusting; they'd rather kill you than join you. The young masters would get their whole clan to gang up on you. Never shall they kowtow.]
[Impossible]: Enemies will kill you on sight! They do not fear the unknown; their god emperor will protect their soul! Enemies are 0.5 times stronger!]
[Hell-Mode]: Angels, demons, gods, creator gods—they all despise you! You will not escape their sight, and any presence they find of you will be an immediate smite! Light attacks deal 1.5 times more damage, and enemies are 0.5 times stronger.]
[Due to unforeseen consequences, applying new difficulty...]
[Eldritch Creatures Must Die]: All races are astronomically aggressive, and eldritch creatures not created by you or your parents are abnormally aggressive. Gain the watchful eye of multiple eldritch gods off-spawn (including your parents). Your bloodline is impossible, and to other eldritch creatures, you taste divine. Darkness, lightning, and gravity are extra affinities that are maxed off-spawn. Light damage does twice the damage. Until you reach the [Eldritch Demi-God] stage, death is permanent. Enemies gain a [Creator God] bonus when fighting you. (They gain an extra 0.5 times their health. Mortals only.)]
[You have been gifted: Entwined Gamer System. From Lucifer. B. Morningborn.]
[Due to a lack of a class system, until further notice, you will gain 12 status points per level. This may grow depending on your race and age.]
[Due to the [Eldritch Creature Must Die] difficulty, all eldritch heritage will be suppressed until the juvenile age is met.]
[Analyzing abilities...]
[Newborn Eldritch God (Impossibly Suppressed)]
[Description]: You are a newborn deity, but, for one reason or another, your power has been suppressed by magnitudes so massive that you could sink a universe just by being alive if you were freed. Three times all stats. Any normal or demi-god eldritch creature will think twice before messing with you.]
[Single-Cell Regeneration]
[Description]: As long as a single cell remains, you will not die. Even if you are nothing but a skeleton, you will still be alive and able to regenerate.]
[Origin Darkness Manipulation]
[Description]: The origin of darkness is shrouded in black, yet the origin is much simpler than those would believe. As the origin of darkness, you can manipulate darkness however you wish.]
[Gravity Manipulation]
[Description]: Gravity is your plaything; if you wish, turn the world or universe upside down with the removal of one of their most important concepts.]
[Lightning Manipulation]
[Description]: Control lightning to your whims; at higher levels, storm clouds will constantly surround you, depending on how much mastery you have over this ability.]
[Lightning Absorption]
[Description]: By absorbing ambient lightning, your regenerative functions will increase massively, and drinking too much can cause an [Overcharge].]
[Gravity Beam]
[Description]: By merging your lightning proficiency and your gravity manipulation, you can shoot out gravity beams. (100-100,000 mana)]
[Due to memories of a similar creature, remolding the body to resemble the creature from memory.]

(First POV)
You know, I expected more from the gift that is reincarnation. I really did.
But I can't get excited or surprised, as I literally fought the bloodline of two outer gods and came out on top.
Seeing what has happened so far, I'm assuming this was always supposed to happen. Beings from before time don't lose to any ordinary mortal human every day.
I'll give those two ideas credit. They did erase the majority of my detailed memories.
More of the memories of attachment than anything else, I still remember my experiences in my heart, even though I can't remember what the people around me looked like.
So now, as I look at this system screen in complete darkness, I can only mentally shake my head.
My body was stuck in a cocoon of darkness, with the only thing allowing me to know what my body looked like being the pulses of electricity that sometimes ran through it.
I could feel the shape; I wasn't human anymore—well, human in form. From what I was feeling as my body shivered from the electricity, it was wings.
They were too thin and wide to be fingers if compared to my main body. I seemed to be coiling around myself tightly in this darkness.
Yet even in this darkness, I could see it. The system in front of my face is trying its hardest to get me to input attribute points.

My true name was obscured, yet deep inside me, I knew what it was. This must have been because of the multiple eyes I would have on me.
Going down the list of attributes made me internally smirk. Most beings, when reincarnated, cry and scream at the world for being unfair and not making them human again.
In the 20th century, humanity is nothing to be proud of. I could see if you have already traveled the stars, cured every disease, or become a being of order similar to a creator god.
Wanting to be human so badly that you'd throw away any growth potential if it didn't mean getting a humanoid form was disappointing and disgusting.
As someone who was part of the human race not too long ago, I could tell you how many people would want to switch places with you in a heartbeat.
I was getting sidetracked. Back to the attribute distribution.
Vitality: The amount of life force, lifespan, and health a being has. Usually in games, vitality scales with one point for every ten points in health.
Strength: I would assume this has to do with the amount of force you can extract from your body, the amount of weight you can lift, and the toughness of your body. If you could lift a mountain, yet someone could easily break your arm, would that make sense?
Dexterity: usually referring to speed, reaction time, and flexibility. As you get faster, I suppose you'll gain the ability to flex your reaction time so that everything doesn't become blurry as you run.
Endurance: This would refer to stamina, recovery time, and the time it would take to go hungry after a meal. It should be comparable to increasing the tolerance of the whole body beyond what it should.
Intelligence: The amount of mana or energy something has; just like vitality, it is usually one point in intelligence for ten points in mana. Want a spell to be more powerful? Put more power into it.
Arcane had actually stumped me for a second. There were many games and ideas for Arcane that changed its meaning, but I could only go off assumptions. Arcane should be the amount of faith power something has; I don't know what power would be gained from upgrading it.
I knew what build I wanted to go for. A magically destructive, unkillable lizard-like entity.
When fighting gods, the best thing to do isn't to dodge but to tank their hit and shrug it off so they're inclined to give up.
Any intelligent creature would start running in fear the second their attacks fail to scratch their opponent. This is especially the case when your opponent can drop electrical-darkness nukes from orbit.

Currently, Arcane was useless to me as I had no abilities that scaled off of it. I would rather boost my physical stats than boost a stat that doesn't do anything for me.
As I finished inputting my status points, the veil of darkness lifted. I was unceremoniously dropped on my ass and felt the cold ground of rock.
As the darkness that engulfed me tried to dissipate, I instinctually opened my mouth. All of the darkness that birthed me began being sucked into a ball right in front of my jaw.
As the wind blew from the movement of the darkness, once it finally formed into a ball, my mouth clenched shut over the blob of darkness, and I swallowed it.
It was still dark in this area that I was in, which I discovered was a cave. It was dark, but I could see, unlike the darkness that had birthed me.
The clarity with which I saw it left me semi-astounded. It was as if I were seeing everything with a gentle light that illuminated the darkness.
My vision, however, was different. It was as if I was being fed three different sets of eyes at once. I could see the side of my head in the corner of one of my eyes.
Suddenly, my head turned. What I saw were two other heads that had also turned as all my heads stared at each other.
I was draconic and three-headed, and the color of my scales was a pristine black that held hints of gold.
My three heads had serpentine-long necks that made up about half my body size. On my three heads, my horns were pointed backward with a western dragon's snout.
My eye color was an eldritch mix of red and orange, with red lines tracing my eyes and going down my head like futuristic lines.
The red lines didn't go too far down my head and stopped near the start of my neck. The lower half of my body was that of a wyvern.
I had no hands, only two legs. In replacement for my legs, I had been given large wings that, when stretched to their maximum, were bigger than my entire body.
Turning one of my head's necks 180 degrees behind me was a tail that split into two smaller tails. At the end of the tail was a club-like shape that held spikes that were flexible.
All of my body was made of black scales that glowed with hints of gold.
With three brains, my mind was clear. I could think of so many things at once without losing focus on any detail in front of me.
I knew what I looked like.
I was reborn in resemblance to Monster Zero. Titanus Ghidorah...
But I wasn't exactly like him; I was different in multiple aspects.
A... Monster Negative One, if you would.
