the red parasite from the (DO) seemes to attach itself to the victim's brain stem to override and take control of movement but it doesn't seem to take over the conciousness which means the people who get controlled are not "dead" but are more likely "trapped" in their own body unable to stop from killing others. on a second note we have received reports from field agents that a variant of the (do) called the (mother) who's only responsibility is to make more parasites that is all we know at this time stay safe briefing over.
