said the person with the black robe

"I don't know what you're talking about, " I said with confusion in my eyes.

"You don't need to know anything now, just cultivate and increase your strength until Grandmaster, once they know about the Divine Entanglement you will make a lot of enemies," The man said with concern.

" What are you talking about and what is Divine Entanglement," I asked him

The Black-robed man didn't say anything and just stared at me and disappeared from his spot

I frowned and look around seemingly trying to locate him but I failed.

I knew that he was leagues above me and I would stand a chance against him even if there were 100 of me. I let go of the thought and proceeded to go to the golden leaf hotel and saw Mia and she was as beautiful as ever. She was wearing a sexy yellow long dress and her hair was tied together.

I remember the first time I saw her at the college campus and like other boys, I almost fell in love with her.

I went to her and at the last moment, someone blocked me and greeted her. That person was Harvey.

Harvey came from a business-minded family, his father is the manager of a jewelry branch in Fragrant City.

As his position was high people tried to wo him and try to win his favors.

I knew I shouldn't try to mess with him, even with the System I can't control political powers and would be utterly destroyed if I tried to be arrogant.

I entered the hotel and met with my old friends, we exchanged pleasantries and chatted happily until the door opened.

Harvey and Mia came along and sat next to each other. We suspected something was going on until Mia said

"Guys me and Harvey are officially dating to wish me luck"

" WHAT !!!! "

Shocked and grief rained upon us, Mia started dating already.

"What how and when did that happen, and more importantly WHY did that happen"

One of my friends shouted cray.

" How and when this happened?? " my other friend asked.

Mia was not interested in dating, from time to time she would reject any proposals that came to her.

At that moment someone else came in, she was wearing casual shoes, a pink short dress, and had light makeup on her face.

"Finally you're here Dorothy where have you been I have been waiting for you," I said happily.

Dorothy was my best friend we talked together, we ate together, and we studied together. We were close and almost knew everything about each other.

She immediately sat down beside me and gently slapped the back of my head and said annoyingly "I have been calling you the entire time and you didn't even respond "

I frowned and checked my phone and found that my phone was on silent after I rescued the old man Barley White.

I quickly apologized in a funny manner which made the entire class laugh

Dorothy also didn't pursue the topic.

I asked Dorothy "Where have you been all this time ?"

Suddenly Dorothy's pupils fluttered and and she said "N-nothing I was doing some work."

I knew straight away knew that something was off and decided to ask her in private.

Soon the dishes were served and we started eating

Harvey stood up and said " Thank you all for coming to the party, I appreciate all the times we spent together so the treat is on me, so eat to your hearts and enjoy"

We all clapped and started eating heartily knowing that it's Harveys treat.
