Chapter 3: Dumb Fish

Crimson Horned Dragon Fish are aquatic creatures that possess a dragon bloodline, although they are considered lower in status than a flood dragon but most usually grow to become 4th tier which is equivalent to an expert of the Golden Core stage.

"That's clearly a Crimson Horned Dragon Fish, but what the hell is it doing all the way out here? Based on the size and spiritual frequencies, this dragon fish is still a juvenile at the pinnacle of the 1st Rank but due to the blessing of the dragon bloodline, its strength is equivalent to any initial stage 2nd Rank spirit beast."

"Being a dragon fish its greatest advantage is being in water.

So my best chance is drawing it towards shallow waters and attacking its most vulnerable weakness with an all out attack."

Wang Shenyang rushed towards the shallow waters within the harbor hoping to lure the dragon fish to the shallow Waters.

The Crimson-horned Dragon Fish swam towards Wang Shenyang, with eyes blinded by greed considering the fact that Wang Shenyang's dragon blood has a cleansing effect to it which would allow it to take a step forth and increase its dragon blood concentration.

"dumb fish, you may possess a considerably rare bloodline amongst sea folk, but even with that your IQ is no different then that of a mortal level fish that dragon bloodline is wasted on you", Wang Shenyang smirked sarcastically as he witnessed.

Once Wang Shenyang reached the shallow Waters of the harbor, he swiftly withdrew the Earth element talisman and activated it once the dragon fish was directly in front of him.

The dragon fish felt the Earth under it shake like a small-scale earthquake.

A great barrage of Stone pillars suddenly emerged from the shallow water, some of these pillars collided with the dragon fish which resulted in heavy amounts of damage to its scales. As the dragon fish was struggling heavily to get out over the imprisonment of pillars. Wang ShenYang then proceeded to take out a spear and started to charge up his qi in order to finish it off.

"I better hurry up, these Stone pillars will not hold it much longer, now that the dragon fish has been injured it's best to finish it off with one move, while evening at the weakest point of its body, it gills." as he finished charging up, and rushed towards the gills of the dragon fish and in a blue light.

Wang Shenyang Screamed with all his might, "DEEPSEA CANNON!".

The spear in Wang Shenyang's hand directly penetrated into the Crimson horned Dragon Fish's gills causing it to experience intense pain.

"damn it, what a persistent bastard, what a crazy amount of tenacity considering that it's at death's door." After nearly 30 minutes of constant struggle, the Crimson horn dragon Fish's body stopped moving and became lifeless.

" Phew, thank goodness it died, otherwise if it kept struggling it would have broken from the imprisonment and caused me more trouble."

As the effects of the talisman started to disappear, Wang Shenyang pulled out a space storage bag and put the dragon fish's corpse into it.

He quickly used his qi to enhance his voice, "Mortals of the Wang Family, I, Wang Shenyang have subjugated, the sea monster that has been plaguing you as of late, you may return to your daily responsibilities!"

The villagers proceeded to thank him cohesively, "Thank You Lord immortal for your life saving grace".

Wang Shen yang quickly ran the blue light steps and disappeared in a Flash. Only to appear back at his residence at the top of the mountain a few seconds later.

"Now to calculate the harvest, this dragon fish at the Pinnacle of 1st rank Define absorbs whatever is left of its Dragon bloodline. I should be able to increase the concentration of my own flood dragon bloodline.

Rare dragon Blood improving Treasures like this Crimson Horned Dragon Fish core, or even the blood dragon Ginseng which is categorized as a 3rd spiritual medicine, are the best catalysts to increase Dragon Blood saturation Within Dragon descended creatures."

Wang Shenyang thought to himself as he cleansed the blue Core in his hands.

" the bigger question is why would a 1st rank Dragonfish come all the way out here where the aura and spiritual energy is relatively thin? I'll worry about that later, for now I'll worry about increasing my strength."

The biggest rule in the cultivation world, only strength and power speaks truth. It would be best to send the corpse of this dragon fish back to the clan headquarters in exchange for contribution points.

It's best that I leave it till I reach the late-stage of Qi-Gathering where I would be able to enhance my Realm as well as my bloodline's concentration."

Wang Shenyang sat down on his Jade bed and started to cultivate his Shenshui Long Cultivation Manual.

Several days have passed since Wang Shenyang thought of the Crimson horned dragon fish and the best of it.

After secluding himself in cultivation, Wang Shenyang's eyes opened gracefully.

Wang Shenyang immediately walked out of his residence and executed the blue lights steps technique, rushing towards the harbor of the secluded Island where he fought the dragon fish.

He quickly started to inspect the surrounding Terrain just in case you found any clues.

Just as he was about to give up, he saw small abnormal water currents heading towards a cliff, as he looked deeply to where the currents were settling.

He saw what seemed to be a deep sea cave.

He pulled out a blue talisman." I never thought this pressure-relieving talisman would come to any good use." he thought to himself as you activated it.

Wang Shenyang plunged into the water and quickly swam towards the underwater deep sea cave.

" It's relatively easy to enter as I am moving with the flow of currents, but where does this cave channel lead to?" He soon reached a dead end, seeing that there was nothing here he looked up and found that there was a small opening where he quickly swam to.

"So this underwater cave leads to another cave inside of the cliff." What Wang Shenyang soon witnessed left him baffled in shock.
