Vol 5 13 Call Stacy for a Date

Janette decided to call Stacy first knowing that chances are she had plans already. Janette thought for a few minutes just what she wanted to say to her before she picked up the phone. She knew that she wanted them all to get together and do something especially since she was thinking that this could be her last weekend to go do something. It seemed so strange to her now before she would have done about anything to avoid going out with them and now she saw just how important that it could be to spend time with them.

Janette dialed her cell and at first, it was just ringing then Stacy answered.

Stacy said, "Hello."

Janette could hear the sounds of the traffic and she could tell that she must be driving. Janette said, "Hi. Stacy have I called at a bad time?"

Stacy said, "No. It's just I'm driving home."

Janette thought that it was weird it was late for her just to be driving home now. Janette asked, "Are you having to work late?"
