Season Two: Chapter Nineteen

Today is Saturday, and they are gathering in the warm family room together with Alex's brother, Ace, and his own little family. The adults are sitting on the comfy sofas, chatting and enjoying the brunch and tea. While the children are playing together on the puffy carpet.

"Here, this is a special Korean herb tea. It's good for your health, especially during cold weather." Sandy, Ace's wife, said as she handed a cup of tea to Adrian. "We deliberately brought it from Korea, especially for you guys." She smiles at Adrian, who looks at the tea then at her with his brows lifted.

"Really?"

"Of course. As my husband if you don't believe me." Says Sandy again. There's a hint of a bit of annoyance in her voice because she senses that Adrian has suspicions about her.

Well, who can blame Adrian for it? Sandy is known for her friendly pranks. He glances at Ace, who smiles at him and his sister as he gives the other cup of tea to Alex.
