Will She Come Again?

"Mom, my eyes still feel sticky, I'm dizzy," Kimberly whined.

"Go to sleep, you didn't sleep well last night," said Alice.

She helped her daughter lie down on the soft mattress. And she's trying to make Kimberly out of her bad thoughts.

Alice stroked Kimberly's hair gently, but her mind drifted infinitely far.

"Mom," Kimberly touched her mother's face and asked, "are you okay?" Kimberly said.

Alice gasped. "Ah, well... Mom is fine!" said Alice doubtfully.

"I see you, have been daydreaming?" said Kimberly.

"Really? But ... Mom's not daydreaming, really!" said Alice.

To be honest Alice was still thinking about Sea and her dream from a few years ago.

She was afraid that Sea would come back and spread terror again. She wasn't prepared to have to endure such a difficult event as she used to.

But Alice tried to remain calm. She didn't want to show her nervousness in front of Kimberly.

"I'll read you a fairy tale," Alice said to her daughter.

Slowly Kimberly closed her eyes, the girl fell asleep.

Alice looked at her for a moment, Kimberly's face was so calm.

Slowly she kissed her daughter's forehead.

"You'll be fine, honey. I won't let that Demon Woman bother you," Alice said in a low voice.

Then she stepped to the bedroom window, and she was about to close the window curtains so that Kimberly could sleep comfortably.

But when she pulled the curtain slightly, Alice saw a woman smiling at her. The woman is in the courtyard downstairs.

Alice's eyes immediately sharpened.

"Sea?" Alice's breath rumbled, her face flushed with fright.

She couldn't believe what she was seeing.

"Sea, it's impossible to come again!" she said firmly, then she rubbed her eyes. And at that moment Alice looked back at the woman who had been smiling at her. The woman changed her face.

The woman is not Sea, but the woman is one of her loyal customers.

Indeed, at this time the woman was wearing clothes that were almost the same as what Sea used to wear. Alice calmed down a bit after finding out that she had just seen the wrong thing.

"Oh, God! Help me...." Alice sat under the window with her head buried in her knees.

She tried to calm herself down.

It wasn't long before Felix came up to her.

"Alice!" call Felix.

"Are you alright?" Felix asked.

Alice immediately raised her head.

"Felix!" Alice approached the man and hugged her.

Felix looks confused by Alice's current attitude.

"What happens, honey?" Felix asked again.

Alice let go of her embrace, then was silent for a moment.

"I, it's fine...." Alice answered flatly. Honestly, she was hiding something.

Namely her anxiety about the events that happened to her daughter, as well as her dream a few years ago.

Alice didn't want to see Felix worried, so she chose to remain silent.

But Felix was already suspicious of Alice's attitude, so he kept asking Alice about what his wife was thinking.

"Alice, I think your face looks weird, I'm sure you're hiding something from me," Felix said, "let's just say it," he ordered Alice.

Alice shook her head.

"I'm fine, Felix. I'm just not feeling well," Alice replied eloquently.

"Ah, I see, yes...." Felix looked at Alice discontent with his wife's answer.

"Felix, what about the customer downstairs?" Alice asked changing the subject.

"Ah, it's getting quiet, and soon the supply of ice cream for today is also running out," Felix answered.

"Ah, thank God ... then I'll rest first, okay! I want to take a nap with Kimberly," said Alice.

Felix nodded his head in response.

"Okay, have a good rest, I will tidy up all the tools downstairs," Felix said.

Then Alice lay down beside Kimberly.

She hugged her daughter and tried to close her eyes to calm her thoughts.

Meanwhile, Felix who was busy closing the shop, suddenly Daniel and Diana came.

"Hello, Uncle Felix!" said Diana in a friendly manner, Daniel walking behind her.

"Hi, my nephew is coming!" Felix said with a friendly smile.

"Any ice cream left?" asked Daniel.

"You want?" Felix asked back. And Daniel nodded his head in response.

"There are still about two cones of strawberry and vanilla," Felix replied.

"I want the vanilla one!" said Diana who raised her hand first. Daniel sighed in annoyance.

"Okay, I'm the strawberry," said Daniel who looked resigned.

"Okay, please wait a minute!" Felix made the ice cream that his two nephews had asked for.

While waiting for her order to be completed, Diana saw a video on the internet.

"What did you see?" asked Daniel.

"I saw a Halloween party last year," Diana replied.

"Ah, is there an event this year at your school?" asked Daniel.

"Yes," answered Diana.

And Daniel even turned to ask Felix.

"Uncle, will there be a celebration on Halloween at this shop?"

Hearing Daniel's question made Felix suddenly shut up.

Somehow he always remembers bad things during the celebration.

In the past, Alice had been held captive by Sea right at the Halloween night celebration.

And from that incident, he experienced many bad things that he cannot easily forget until now.

"Uncle, why are you daydreaming? I'm asking you, Uncle! Will, there be a celebration at this tavern?" said Daniel again.

"No!" Felix answered firmly, "and never will be!" he added.

Daniel was immediately silent after hearing Felix's answer.

Meanwhile, Diana was still busy looking at her cellphone, and after watching the video, she turned to look at the clothing store.

She wanted to buy a suitable costume to wear later.

And at that moment suddenly the screen of the cellphone appeared as a bright flash that she could not face.

Only Diana could see the bright flash, and the girl immediately fainted.

Suddenly it made Daniel and Felix surprised.

"Diana! Hey, what are you doing?!" shouted Daniel.

Then Felix helped Diana and moved the girl's body to the sofa.

They were surprised by what happened to Diana, even though the girl had been fine. But somehow, now she had passed out.

"Uncle how is this?" asked Daniel.

"Come on, give your sister artificial respiration," said Felix.
