Chapter 21

Katherine brushed her teeth before going to wash. She made sure to wash thoroughly with the cold water which was available in the bathroom. she dried her body along with her long hair which looked like a bird nest.

Katherine hand went to brush her hair, with her towel still tied on her body. she gazed at her reflection from the oval mirror. Katherine who haven't packed her hair for the last five days went to pack it into a medium ponytail. Her eyes were puffed from her tears since yesterday and so was Evelyn.

Unlike her Evelyn had covered hers with some make up, Katherine didn't. she wasn't of she to apply makeups. Katherine walked out of the bathroom before going to put on the cloth her hand first touched, she put it on.

it was a pair of a faded blue turtle neck gown a little below her knees, half sleeve which hugged her arm length. Then coming to her chest region to her waist the dress hugged her body, stopping where there was a ribbon which was flare.

Katherine and Evelyn were the children of the Winters who were known by the little town they live in known as Enruben.

The younger one was timid, innocent looking but very beautiful with long black hairs. Her sister Evelyn wasn't that much to be called beauty as her sister Katherine. The villagers of the little town Enruben, couldn't wait to see the girl grow knowing she will beat all the other girls in the town in terms of beauty. But not all grass are green, some of the other members were also jealous of her.

The not so good looking dress Katherine was about to wear now looked good and great after she wore it. Her blue eyes were matching to the dull colour blue dress.

"someone is looking all bright, c'mon we should hurry the Heathcliff must be waiting now. '' Evelyn said who was putting on a dull brown blouse and a dull blue skirt. Her wavy black hair kempt.

Katherine followed her sister as they walked out of the room. " where you two waiting for another special invitation! " Esther said and her daughter Claire harrumphed at her word.

"it's okay now they are here" Mr Reuben said before offering them a smile. " you two should quickly join the dinning for breakfast, how was your sleep Katherine and Evelyn, hope you slept well." he asked. they both nodded even though one didn't sleep well.

" Yes uncle Reuben our sleep was good " Evelyn replied. Katherine walked to sit on the left side next to Evelyn. They were siting opposite the other sibling. Mr. Reuben sat at the head seat, while his wife sat at the tail. Katherine lifted her face to look at the sibling whereby, one was eating gracefully as if the food she ate was worshipping her while the other being Steve had his eyes glued to the food not wanting to make any eye contact with both the other sibling which was because of the awkward conversation he had with the younger sister.

" my wife discussed about the place we were going to you two I hope you are all prepared " Mr. Reuben said to them and they nodded.
