Primordial Runes of Chaos and Order

The Basil and Lazarus Kingdoms were in an uproar. In fact, it was not only the two kingdoms but the entire known universe that was in a frenzy after the latest news of the coronation of the new King of the Basil and Lazarus. This was something never seen before but what made it even more astounding was that they did not differ him the title of King but the title of Emperor. A boy at the age of 18 had become Emperor of the two strongest clans to grace the universe. This shocking information brought many old monsters out of seclusion but what astounded them further was the next steps this Emperor took. First, he announced that the Kingdoms of Basil and Lazarus would be joining his Lycoris Empire, effectively merging the two strongest clans into one mega clan. With that, the great clans of the universe began to feel a strong fear start to settle in.
