Raoul quickly took out a pill and ate it. His arm was not as good as before, it was a whole lot better

Raoul again appeared in front of the Kiri shinobi and said "OK Let's start now"

Although Raoul was strong right now, it was only in regard to the times when jonin meant something and not like shippuden, where if you are less than Kage level, you are nothing. Anyone from Akatsuki right now could easily clap Raoul in minutes if not seconds
