Legitimate Alliance - 2

In the Ziviel Kingdom, Seth and Ruby sat at the large dining table having their breakfast. It had been a while since Seth had a good meal and he ate with rapt attention to the food.

Ruby who looked well rested and refreshed with her face all dolled up smiled while she watched Seth dig into his food.

"I don't think I've ever seen you eat this way…" Ruby said to him as she put her hand under her chin watching in amazement.

"I don't think I've stayed in the realm of the Unliving before... And for how long?" Seth asked rhetorically after he had swallowed his mouthful of well-seasoned meat.

Ruby smiled, shook her head a little, and returned to her dish.

"Ling should be here with us," she started while she cut into the steak in front of her.

She signaled to one of the servants who stood at the entrance of the dining hall waiting on the Queen and prince. She was going to tell him to call Ling for breakfast.
