James and Avery finally reached home and James grabbed Avery hand again and took her inside. On getting inside, they saw Becky sitting on the sofa looking angry. Becky was so angry at the fact that James didn't pick her call all because of this low witch. She thought as she stared at Avery hatefully. James! Becky said as she ran to hug him but he stopped her mid way. Avery smirked inwardly. Why? Becky asked shocked. I and my wife have some important discussions to talk about. He said and with out waiting for her reply, he took Avery upstairs.

Becky was FURIOUS. SHE WAS mad and angry. Jealous and anger were evident on her face. Enough is enough. No more pity, she thought as she went to her room to sleep.

Back in James room, James slammed the door hard jolting Avery. Avery gulped nervously. She was scared so scared to her bones that her heart raced faster and heavily. Are you angry at me? She managed to asked weakly. James chuckle darkly. Angry? Why would I be? He scoffs. You gripped my hand tightly. She confessed and James hissed coldly. You know what, the next time you try to escape from this house again, I promise you that you'd regret it. He said coldly. You don't own me! Avery retorted. Avery gulped. Deep down she knew he was telling the truth. He could do anything from that his sick brain of his. She thought and was about to go to the bathroom,when James pinned her to the wall. She thought as she closed her eyes to anticipate the kiss. But nothing came. She opened one of her eyes and saw that James was sitting on the bed. She sigh heavily as she placed her hand on her beating chest to calm it down. She cleared her throat and walked towards him. James i ---------- she paused. Do you think I wanted to kiss you? He asked as he gazed at her with a calm look. Avery was taken aback by his questions. Did he notice her reaction? She thought calmly and slowly swallowed. I don't understand what you are talking about. Avery said nervously. Get ready for tomorrow, my mother wants to make an announcement. He said with a serious tone and left the room. Avery shook her head. She can't wait to see Mrs Smith tomorrow. She thought and went to the bathroom to have her night bath. After having her bath, Avery wore her night white robe and packed her hair and went to sleep. The next morning, Avery woke up and got ready for the day while the maids came to change the sheets. Avery wore a white long flawless dress that has an up shoulder. She wore her Black heels and let her hair down and applied light make up.

After she was done, she took her purse and left the room. She used the elevator to go downstairs, on getting downstairs she went straight to the dinning hall only to see Becky but couldn't see James. She sat down and began to eat and totally ignored Becky. Maybe once she gets to the smith mansion, she will beg Mrs Smith to tell James to send Becky out. If that's even James answer. She thought as she ate slowly. Becky hissed. She drank her juice. So , how does it feel to be James wife? Becky asked mockingly. Avery drank some water and stared at Becky. She had decided not to let this foolish woman ruin and cause her heart ache. She thought and she decided to give her a taste of her own medicine. Oh really? In a large organisation, about ten storey building. In a huge office seated the dangerous heartless billionaire CEO named as James Smith. The name of his company is Apex arcana. He was staring at the contract marriage documents that was signed by Avery. He kept staring at it until someone came in. It was none other than his friend Fedrick. Fedrick was also an handsome freak just like James but James was ten times handsome than him. Fedrick sat in front of his friend. Long time dude. You didn't call. I just heard from your sister olive that you had a contract marriage with a girl named Avery. I bet she is more prettier than Becky. Fedrick boasted even tho he hasn't seen her. She is. James mumbled but fedrick didn't hear. So how far how is Becky? He finally asked. Why do you think Avery is more prettier than Becky. James asked instead.
