Chapter 77 - Deep Inside

Deep within the Tagore Desert,

Xiao Feng, Holy and Qing Lin came to an unknown place.

Xiao Feng could feel fire energy was extremely active when probed into the ground using his soul power.

He could feel a strong breadth of fire coming from underground.

"It's here." Xiao Feng blasted the ground using his first right after speaking. He knew that the Qinglian Earth Heart Fire was just underground.

Holy immediately took Qing Lin and flew in to the sky in order to avoid falling.

The ground was slowly turned over and a deep pit was blasted open. Magma flowed out of the ground. .

Holy and Qing Lin were speechless when the saw the violent operation of Xiao Feng

Holy raised her hand and used magic to settle down the surroundings.

Even then it took few minutes for the surrounding to settle down

Then, she build passage way which would let them reach the interior part and came down to the ground with Qing Lin.

Then Xiao Feng appeared besides them and hugged their waist then jumped into the passage created by Holy.

They fell stright down in pitch black tunnel. Qing Lin experienced the feeling fo free fall for the first time which caused her to scream, she hugged Xiao Feng tightly.

On other hand, Holy just smiled. Although the sudden hug and jump in the tunnel suprised her but that was it. After all, in her thousand year of life what type of storm she has never experienced.

Moonlight Stone were embedded on both sides of the wall. They emitted a gentle and faint light, allowing Xiao Feng to see if the route in front without any obstructions.

The tunnel was extremely smooth. There were no rocks protruding from the wall. Looking at the tunnel, it would seem that it was not man made and was naturally created.

After two to three minutes of descending at the same speed, Xiao Feng finally saw the bottom of the tunnel. Xiao Feng used the power of space and suspended himself with Holy and Qing Lin. He slowed down their descent speed, then they slowly landed on the ground.

After landing on the ground, Xiao Yan released Holy and Qing Lin from his embrace.

Then, three of them watched the fiery, red world in front of them with their faces filled with suprise and amazement.

Standing at the end of the small tunnel, Xiao Feng, Holy and Qing Lan stared at the never ending magma world.

The fire red magma flowed on two sides and a path had been slowly formed. This path led stright to Qinglian Earth Heart Fire.

Xiao Feng also isolated the fire poision and fiery aura in the surrounding.

Then, he took Qing Lin and Holy's hand and walked along the path.

"Brother wait… there seems to be something in the magma!"

Qing Lin hurriedly said as she grabbed Xiao Feng tightly. Her dark green eyes stared at the never ending fiery red magma.

"Oh!" Xiao Feng immediately used his soul power to perceive,

"Qing Lin it's a little bug, brother can easily defeat it." He rubbed her head and continued speaking, "Qing Lin would you like a new pet."

"New pet..." Qing Lin tilted her head in confusion. Her small eyes blinked. She didn't understand what Xiao Feng meant by new pet.

Suddenly, a serpent like creaturez with it's huge body suddenly burst fiercely out from the magma. In a lightning like manner, it turned its body towards Xiao Feng and bit at him.

Xiao Feng just raised is hand in response to the attack from serpent like monster. He pointed his fingers towards it and then the serpent solidified in space, it could no longer move.

"Qing Lin this is a 'Two-Headed Flame Spirit Serpent." It usually lives in places of extreme heat and relies on its consumption of magma to live. It has an extremely large potential for evolution. When it is just born, it is a rank one Magic Beast. If it was lucky enough, it may be able to evolve into a rank six Magic Beast which is comparable to a Dou Huang." Xiao Feng looked at Qing Lin and described everything about the 'Two Headed Flame Spirit Serpent."

"It is qualified to become your pet. So, you should try to subdue it." Xiao Feng added. He wanted it to become the pet of Qing Lin and help her awaken her talent of Bi-Sanhua Jade Pupils. This way her strength will improve rapidly.
