So It Begins

The bell rings and I manage to not throw up for the rest of the day. Knox and I didn't talk the entire time that we had classes together. The silence is killing me, but I have to keep going. Once all of this is done and over with I will tell Knox everything, I will apologize to him millions of times and we will work together to make things right between us once again.

Adelle waits for me outside of my English class, her bright smile catches the eyes of a few passerbys. "Ready to go?" She asks me, throwing her bag over her shoulder.

I discreetly glances backwards at Knox who's watching us sadly, I look back at her and do my bed to match her energy, "Yep, let's go."

We both leave the school and see Zack and the others waiting for us. I notice one of the girls rolling her eyes the second she saw me, I want to smack her. She doesn't look like any of the girls from a few days ago, in fact, I'm pretty sure that I saw them flirting shortly before Zack and I started dating. I can see on her face that she hasn't stopped flirting, and I have the feeling that Zack hasn't stopped either. Revenge is going to be sweet. I notice Knox and Keita in the corner of my eye messing around, Keita has Knox in a head lock and giving him a noogie.

Zack hides his look of disappointment then comes over with a false loving smile and pulls me into a huge hug. I want to kick him in the nuts right now. "Hey, Babe. Is everything okay?"

I force a fake smile and wrap my arms tight around him, Adelle answers for me, "I invited her to join us." Zack breaks the hug, keeping his arm around my waist as we turn to face her. I can tell that he's doing his best to ask why she would do that. I manage to keep my smirk hidden. She tilts her head slightly to the side, "Is there anything wrong with that?" Damn she's good at acting clueless.

Aiden, Zack's best friend, walks up and wraps his arm around her waist. "But she doesn't smoke."

Adelle smiles up to him, "She'll be going on a snack run while we do that, don't worry, she'll be fine."

Aiden nods his head slowly, none of them can think of a good excuse to get me to leave. Aiden smiles at me, I can see the deceit in his eyes. I like this, it makes me feel powerful. "Well that's good, let's get going then."

The entire walk there I can sense the tension, especially coming from Zack and that girl whose name is Penelope. I can tell that she hated how close I was to Zack and just wanted him all to herself. I can tell that Zack wanted to get closer to her despite his arm being tight around my waist, and a little lower. But I'll just stay quiet about it. Afterall, I wouldn't want to ruin the plan that Adelle has come up with.

Once we get to Aiden's surprisingly nice home, all of the girls head downstairs first while the guys do I don't know what upstairs. Probably discussing how to get rid of me.

Penelope finally speaks up once all of the guys are gone, "So, how long have you and Zack been together?" I can hear the bitch in her voice.

I shrug, acting nonchalant. "I don't know, around a week maybe." I feel safe with Adelle close by, she's sitting next to me on the massive couch.

I stare down at my phone, I can't see her face but I can feel the glare and eye roll. "Well I shouldn't have much to worry about. You seem like such a sweet girl after all. I bet you two are very happy together." Her voice makes me want to punch her in the face.

I put down my phone and meet her gaze. I put on the nice, clueless girlfriend act. "Aww, thank you very much!" I squeal and smile appreciatively. "You know, I hope that someday him and I can live a happy life together and even start a family." I scan her appearance, looking at her proves how shallow Zack is. Blonde hair, big boobs, big butt, small stomach, lots and lots of makeup, very tight and revealing clothing, not really me at all. I have brown hair, small boobs, small butt, average stomach, no makeup, and I wear sporty clothing that you would usually see Knox wearing. Well, unless I'm trying to impress Zack like a few days ago with the crop top.

"Thinking a little far ahead, don't you think?" One of the other girls chime in with a raised eyebrow, her face full of judgement.

I bring my legs up to my chest and wrap my arms around them, I bet Penelope can't do this. I smile happily at the ground, "Yeah probably, but I just love him so much that I can't help it."

"I love you too," Zack's voice speaks behind me and a second later he wraps his arms around me and lifts me off the couch. He spins me around until my legs wrap around his waist, and his lustful gaze meets my eyes. He pulls me closer and kisses me again, this time it's longer and I can feel him nearly consuming me. I hate this, it makes me want to throw up.

"Get a room you two!" Penelope shouts and throws a pillow at us. I bet you wish you could get a room with him, bitch.

Aiden comes walking down with a bong and a huge bag of weed, I guess this is the time for me to leave. Hopefully Adelle can hold up with all of their questions. I need to leave a mark before exiting. I hop down from Zack's waist and gaze into his eyes, grabbing onto his collar and pulling him back into me, definitely making Penelope even more jealous. I kiss him and whisper cooly into his ear, "Let's get some privacy once I'm back."

With that I slide my hand across his chest and make my way out of the house, Aiden hands me some money as I pass by. I can feel Penelope nearly burst into flames, if only looks could kill.

The rest of the night was amazing, I definitely made Penelope want to murder me. I made Zack nearly grow heart eyes, and I also won the respect of a few of his friends. Adelle spent a lot of the time talking me up and making me seem like such an amazing person. They even invited me to the movies next week, which will make it even better if Penelope is there. Sit in the back of the theatre and makeout, she won't be able to contain herself. Honestly, this plan started off mainly focused on Zack but now I'm shifting it more towards both Zack and Penelope. I don't even completely know why I'm this much against her, I don't blame her for being upset about finding out about a mystery girlfriend that a guy she loves has. After all of this is over, I can definitely see myself still being close friends with Adelle. Though, I still would rather keep my focus on improving things with Knox, I need him.

Everyone else is either passed out or nearly passed out once I finally decide to go home. Zack notices me get up and walks me to the door. His tender smile nearly makes me believe that he is genuinely in love with me, but I know for a fact that that's not the case. In fact, Penelope is probably going to cuddle up with him once I'm gone.

"I had a lot of fun with you tonight," He says smoothly, kissing my neck.

I spin around and kiss him softly, "I did too, I love you."

He kisses me a little harder, "I'll see you tomorrow."

After a few seconds of nonstop kissing, we finally break, I wave goodbye as I walk down the walkway and he shuts the door behind me. As I get to the side walk, I see Penelope walk up the stairs and immediately wrap herself around him. Damn, couldn't even wait for me to completely leave, fucking bitch. I slow down a bit, peering into the window in the corner of my vision, Zack tries to push her away but she insists and he lifts her up to his waist, they immediately start making out. Damn, only says 'no' once and then just gives in. It's fine though, thanks to Adelle I already knew that he was cheating on me, so it doesn't even affect me to see this. It just makes me want to follow along with her plan even more. Zack is going down!
